Main & Madison Market Cafe

Went here while I was on one of my adventures. Greeted with a smile and the cashier was patient as I asked questions about what teas they serve. Very busy place, yet I found a spot on a stool over by their space where they have various merchandise such as tees, fresh local peanut butter and candles to name a few of the items. When you order they will call out your name for you to grab your drink and if you order food you will be given a number to place in one of the wood blocks spread throughout the shop. Even though it was busy the spot I sat seemed away from all the bustle around me. Everyone is helpful and when you finish they will take away your dirty plates and cups.My only complaint is that I live further away and only get to go here once a month or so...The quiche and fruit cup are very good. They also have cocktails that I will be back to try another day as today I just got a London Fog Latte.

Madison & Main is a trendy upscale coffee shop that serves sandwiches and salads. Their signature pastries are mind blowing - huge, beautiful and delicious works of art. The building is interesting because it was the first hospital in Franklin over 100 years ago. They have renovated the structure and the cafe is downstairs and a work space is upstairs. The staff is super friendly and will walk around filling coffee cups and chat. There is a real small town feel with lots of positive vibes. You order at the counter and they bring your food to you. Prices are reasonable. Food comes out quickly. I had the chicken salad. The salad greens and tomatoes were fresh and the chicken salad very good, with lots of nuts and creamy chicken. My husband had a seasonal pumpkin danish that was the size of a Frisbee. The crust was buttery and flakey. He loved it. We parked near the courthouse and walked. I think there is closer parking across the street. Definitely worth a visit.

So many good food options for a brunch or a lunch! The coffee was amazing not to mention how different it felt from a Starbucks. I loved this little corner shop to start my day with. I got the lemon blueberry scone while my group got the breakfast sandwich and the quiche which they said were quite delicious. The service wasn't fast but wasn't slow. We got our food and drinks to go. The drinks were pretty fast in coming out but the food came out to us in pieces for a to go order which was quite confusing and we almost left without the quiche since it came out separately...I would definitely suggest eating there as it has a great vibe and then you don't miss any food that comes out in pieces. The staff were very nice and kept the line going as we visited when they were starting to get slightly busy.

We really enjoyed our visit for a light brunch with family! It is such a quaint spot with plenty of room for seating. Especially, with the upstairs area! You order at the counter, and there is plenty of people to make your order. It might be easier if you look at the menu before getting in line. There are several options, and if you don't know what you want, the line can move slow. All of the food we had was great and the coffee was fantastic. We will definitely visit again!

I had lunch with friends at Main and Madison. It was such a cute place. We sat upstairs and I enjoyed the tomato soup and a carmel latte. The latte was delicious! The soup was so good and came with some type of scone/ bread. I will most definitely be back.

This is my go to spot for breakfast/brunch in Franklin. They have delicious pastries, food and coffees and the best tea lattes. Today I got a rose latte, a half and half/salad soup combo for 13.99. The soup was a deliciously spicy sweet potato. The soup came with a smaller everything bagel scone which was another moist scone. Tasted like a homemade biscuit- slightly sweet. The salad was the Thai bowl. It was a huge serving of both. Got to take most of the Thai bowl home as the servings are pretty large when you get the power bowl (a Mediterranean treat!) or the Thai bowl. Thai bowl was grilled chicken, edamame, kale, carrots, Brussels sprouts, onions and a vinaigrette. We also split a chocolate cherry scone. It was moist and delicious. Seriously I have never had anything bad here.

Madison & Main is a terrific little shop in the heart of the downtown Franklin area. I love the history of the building which was once the first hospital in Johnson County. The exposed brick in the interior and nice patio outside all works wonders for a great aesthetic. The pastries are massive. It's a spot where you could share with another person and still be content, or complete fill a very hungry individual. While the price for the pastries might be higher the size makes it easily justifiable. On my most recent stop I got one of the giant cinnamon rolls. It was massive and tasted amazing. It was soft throughout and no bite didn't have some delicious cinnamon sugar mix. I love the icing which seemed more whipped which I loved as it added a lightness to it. The service was quick with minimal wait time. I was able to ask the cashier/worker for their recommendations and they offered to heat up the cinnamon which added another level to it. If you're on the south side of Indianapolis or passing by Franklin, a stop here would definitely be worth it.

Main and Madison their food was amazing. The surface was just out of the roof. I ordered a chicken sandwich on a croissant with one of the cookies and a brownie. The cookies were delicious nice and crispy but soft and warm in the middle. The service was amazing because they were clean up any mess. They have plenty of staff in the place felt cozy and it was warm. It's a great place if you wanna have like a little cup of coffee in the morning, hanging out with the family or even before like an appointment or something it's right in the middle of town. It's in a convenient spot. It has a good space. It's good if you wanna have like a party. I really enjoyed it.
