This food truck was at the ALS walk at Winton Woods this morning so we got some post-walk tacos since it was lunchtime and they were SO GOOD!!I got the pesolé tacos and my husband got the Cambodian street tacos with chicken (portabello was the other street taco option). Each order came with 3 tacos, so we swapped one taco each so that we could both try both types of tacos. They were both INCREDIBLE!My tacos came with a lemongrass aioli sauce while the street tacos came with a sriracha aioli. I also loved how friendly the worker was that took our orders and it was cool that we got to see the tortillas being freshly warmed and/or crisped right in front of us on a grill. Other options were available, such as burgers and a hot dog with various Cambodian-inspired toppings. I highly recommend you try this food truck if you see it! I will now be scoping out its location so that I can have it again!

My wife and I visited Fibonacci Brewing a couple years ago, and haven't been back because it's quite a drive. My wife loves wine and beer, so has been dying to go back, but I'm not a huge fan of those drinks. When we saw that this highly-reviewed food truck was going to be present at Fibonacci, we knew we had to go.We got an order of the Cambodian Street Tacos (one portabello, two chicken), and had to get the burger special (can't remember the name of it, but it was made of angus beef and had muenster cheese, jalapenos, pickled cabbage, pineapple, tomato, and I think aioli?)Food took about ten minutes to cook and then we dove into it. And it was perfect. I do not say that lightly. It was everything I wanted in a meal. The meat (chicken on tacos, beef on burger) was juicy, tender, and delicious. Each dish had a great, well-rounded palette of flavors. Pineapple gave sweetness, jalapenos contributed spiciness, pickled cabbage gave tartness. And the best part was that both the tacos and the burger had a distinct spice flavor that was unique. Not only did this make for a deliciously distinct experience, but it gave me an idea of what Cambodian food is as a whole.Overall, my wife and I had some delicious and unique food for under $20. I would gladly eat at Mahope again, and would probably even seek it out to eat here in the future.

Mahope was parked up at The Woodburn Brewery for the brewery's reopening and they were serving up tasty treats with a Cambodian twist. I've never had Cambodian food before and it was extremely tasty. I ordered the three chicken tacos, which were fresh and super flavorful. They were well priced at $10 and paired great with a pint of Coffee Blonde beer. The staff was super friendly, too.

Wow! Flavor! I'd only visited Mahope once when they had a brick and mortar restaurant in Northside. It went away in late 2019, but they kept the dream alive with this small trailer. The menu is more fusion than I remember the restaurant being, and that's definitely not bad IMO. I had them tonight behind Woodburn Brewing, and so glad a friend follows them on The Gram, so we knew where to track them down. I talked to (presumably) the owner, and he was definitely proud of his creations, and said how they shut down the restaurant right before Covid, and opened up this venture just as the pandemic hit, almost prefect timing, and that food trucks have done great during these times. Good for you, dude, cuz those Posolé Tacos (special tonight) were damn good, worth every cardiologist I'll soon be visiting. Crazy flavors, interesting combinations, textures. Man. Get some in yer face!

The best burger we had in Cincinnati. Definitely worth going out of the way to get to their food truck, wherever they may pop up.
