Mad Cow Bar & Grill

I was at the Mad Cow with a group of over 30 people on a week night around 7:30 for a post meeting get together. Sort of a social hour after the meeting. We did make prior arrangements so we didn't drop in unexpectedly.Due to size of our group and only having one waitress, service was a little spotty but everyone was understanding and the waitress was very pleasant and was running as fast as she could. All things considered, service was acceptable.We ordered a number of appetizers for te group to share and they came out promptly and were replinished fairly quickly. I ordered a BLT with fries and was very happy with my selection. The bacon on the BLT was exceptional and the fries (not your standard french fry but sort of a thick curly fry) were incredible. I might come back just for the fries.Very enjoyable evening with a large group.

Friday night was my first time visiting Mad Cow. Everyone in our group was please with their meals I had the ho honey chicken sandwich with fries and it was delicious. I also placed a to go order for smoked wings with a dry rub and those were very good too. Only downside is the size of the establishment. It is very small and not a lot of seating. They make up for it with the great service. I will definitely go back'

An amazing pub/tavern in downtown London. We purposely detoured ~ 10 minutes off of I-70 just to try this place (had to given the name). Standard pub food with a pleasant twist---pretzel buns!! Mad cow burger was very tasty and the house made chips had a nice spice flavor (I'm guessing dry rub). The smoked wings sounded intriguing...next time! Looks like they have bands play in an old window front (not sure). Give it a try sometime!

I but pricey but for a watering hole but the food is delicious& choices are unique. A place we have on out list to co e back to!

Wow! First off I am not from London nor live nearby really. I was visiting the area because my kid is playing ball and had training at a local indoor training center. Since the training was a few hours long we decided to go for some food and drinks and saw this place on Yelp and decided to give it a go. There didn't seem to be a ton of seating but what else do you expect when it's a small town. We did end up grabbing 4 seats up at the bar and the owner was super generous to make sure there was enough barstools for us. The service was great and the bartender even gave us her recommendations on what was great on the menu. I went with her recommendation of the Pulled Pork Slider Flight. I'm usually not one to choose something I don't normally order when visiting a new place but decided not to play it safe and boy was this delicious! I got about halfway through and realized I needed a photo haha! I substituted the fries for the Onion Ring Tanglers for $1 more. The onion ring tanglers are okay but I don't think they're worth the extra buck. The fries are more of a potato wedge not a typical french fry. The pulled pork was moist and flavorful, I loved all 3 flavors of them. Slider 3 with the Carolina Gold was definitely my fav. They also had my fav beer on tap which was a surprise, Lost Coast Tangerine Wheat next time I'll try one the specialty drinks they offer on another side menu. I've attached a photo of the menu. Same items on both sides. I like how simple this place is. My husband had the Smoked Brisket Philly and a friend had the Huli Huli Grilled Chicken. No complaints on anything and everything was amazing!

Great little place in London that is locally owned and by a veteran! We stopped in for a birthday lunch on a Sunday around 1:30 and they weren't very busy, so we found a table right away. The food was your typical bar food, but the potato twisters were so good! We tried the cauliflower wings and pull pork sliders and they were both good. The service lacked a little, especially for how slow they were, but we will definitely be back in the future.

The food was good but there are almost no vegetarian options and there are no vegan options. I had to get an appetizer and a salad because of the lack of vegetarian options. Otherwise I would have given more stars. Their black bean burger is not house made and therefore I refused to pay $18 for it. I'm fully capable of cooking my own frozen Pattie's and can get several packs at that price.

I was passing through for business. Awesome local pub for the regulars. Exactly what I like. Burger was excellent. The gal behind the bar was chatting with a regular and the language got a little rough though so please know that we all don't want to hear any F-bombs sometimes.

Horrible service from one girl, bartender came out and picked up her slack but couldn't make up for the flavorless burger.....flavorless burger???? 16$ flavorless burger.

Wonderful food. Sliders are fabulous and I don't usually like pulled pork. Worth a trip from Columbus!
