Amazing shop. Truly. They make the most beautiful cakes and party cookies, cupcakes, ect. I agreed to pitch in as one of 4 people that would purchase the cake and macaroons (and I'm not sure what all else) to celebrate a friend. I live in Pgh and truly appreciated how easy it was to understand their pricing and decorating process thanks to their website. It was so simple. Their ordering process is so easy. The have a list of flavors & add ons for decorating (macaroons is what our group added) There are pictures of the verity's styles they offer in different sizes and what they could look like if add ons are chosen. Everything was designed beautifully. We definitely ordered too much. It seems like their estimate for serving size is generous. There were so many compliments on what we got from here. I only wish they were closer so I could use them for every event.

If you look at my reviews, you will notice a lot of bakeries. I love baked goods. So when I say "one of the greatest cupcakes of all time," know I don't play.This place is just a couple of store fronts down from my favorite coffee shop (Cavu Coffee) and I decided to check it out around 2pm while I was waiting on some friends. The owner and her staff where very friendly and helpful as I tried to decide on what to get. The place was clean and simple. It's tiny, so don't plan on eating in.I ordered the cookie dough cupcake ($4), met my friends, and, well, had a moment with that cupcake in the car. It was transcendent. I don't know what my friends were saying for the 5min I had with my cupcake. When they dropped me off at 4pm, I went back for another one so that my husband could understand why I'd leave him for this cupcake. My friend decided to pop in too bc she knew how I adored the cupcake.Cookie dough cupcake-buttercream wasn't waxy, wasn't sweet, if anything it was a little salty/sweet in the best way-cake was moist and airy-cookie dough wasn't just a topping but a fillingFriend 1 opinion: doesn't like frosting usually, LOVED this frostingFriend 2 opinion: "the best cupcake I have ever had"Husband opinion: 8 out of 10 - delicious but he prefers denser cupcakes (he's crazy. It was perfection)They also had cookies with buttercream frosting, edible cookie dough and macarons. Will definitely go back.

I ordered a last minute cake for my mom's 50th birthday - Becky was super helpful ensuring I got exactly what I needed. I changed my mind and went back and forth more than once and she was very patient and kind with me. The cake atheistically was perfection and exceeded my expectations - but more importantly, the taste was incredible. I got a small cake because my family rarely eats sweets and I was worried it wouldn't get finished. However, my family devoured this cake - which led me to leave a review. The peanut butter buttercream was so rich and delicious, the chocolate cake was moist without being too batter-y. The layers and ratio of cake to frosting was divine. Thanks Lulu's!!

First review , about my 3rd time here! Service is always polite and efficient. The cakes are executed well and if you're into macaroons you're in the right place. The cookies and cream is my personal favorite. Ambiance is very simple and painted by a local artist in Cincy. This is worth the drive to westchester if you're not local. The cakes do not disappoint and they are never any leftovers. Design your own or let them guide you. I'll be back soon!

BEST cupcake in Cincinnati. And I swear I have standards! If the quality isn't up to par with Magnolia bakery in NYC or Georgetown cupcake in DC or Sprinkles in Chicago I am not wasting my time. I'd rather make them myself but who has the time for that? Sometimes you just want one perfect cupcake for yourself and Lulu's is absolutely stellar. The cake is like satin, the icing has that perfectly sugary consistency (a little salty, for the perfect balance). Such creative/sophisticated flavors! Special mention for the red velvet, it's to die for. Walking into the shop makes you feel like you're inside a pastry box The owner is so passionate about what she does, it's inspiring. This place is a little cincy gem, you won't find a cupcake boutique like this anywhere else in the city! (Trust me when I say I've tried them all)

You need cookies, macarons, cupcakes? Lulu's is worthy of your patronage. So impressed!First, their work is beautiful! The cupcake was beautifully iced, and the flower on the cookie? Exquisite! Almost felt bad ruining that artwork...almost. :)Second, THE BEST cookie and macaron I have tried in SW Ohio!! The cookie is a delectable cross between a sugar cookie and shortbread. Glad I only purchased 1, because if I had procured a dozen, they'd be consumed by now!Tried about 4 macaroon flavors, standouts were white almond raspberry and Red velvet. OMG the red velvet...I did a double take whilst eating the macaroon, as it tastes so much like red velvet cake! Third, they have gluten friendly cupcakes!! Normally, I enjoy cupcakes that are stuffed, but these were the best "normal" cupcakes I've ever had! Almost wish I didn't try them, because they are so good I always want them on hand.So, if you've tried Servatii, Sweet Sinsations, and any grocer, wondering where the deliciousness is at (as I have), try Lulu's and be happy.

The cake for my husband's 50th birthday was perfect as were the cupcakes! Perfectly decorated and delicious! Thank you so much for adding to our special day! The Staff were so helpful and we also added a few gluten free cupcakes to our order in house today. They were also delicious!

We ordered a two tiered cake for our daughter's wedding. The cake was absolutely stunning. Customer service is wonderful. This bakery is simply darling.

I recently stopped by to pick a box of cookies for a client visit. I was quickly greeted by a smile. I wanted to go somewhere local since we are based in West Chester as well. The cookies were great texture and the frosting was smooth, not overly sweet. I will definitely be back to try the other goodies including cupcakes.
