Luigi’s Italiano Restaurante

Luigi's Italiano Restaurant was the perfect spot for our celebratory dinner. We made a reservation on their website, which turned out to be a smart move. Despite the crowd, we only waited about five minutes after arriving.As we settled in, our waitress brought out bread with balsamic dipping oil, and it was absolutely delicious and a great way to start the meal. My apple martini was a highlight, perfectly balancing sweetness and tartness.Our waitress told us there would be a wait for our meals due to their busyness. I ordered the lamb chops with asparagus and mashed potatoes, and everything was perfectly cooked. The lamb chops were tender and flavorful, the asparagus had a satisfying snap, and the mashed potatoes were creamy and smooth.Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my evening at Luigi's. The food, service, and atmosphere all made it a night to remember. I can't wait to return and try more of their menu!

5 stars to our waitress this past Saturday who was friendly and attentive! Our food was good. My husband loved his short ribs. My clam linguine could have had more clams but the pasta was excellent and it was served hot. The ambiance was okay. The lights were way too bright and needed to be dimmed. The hostesss that seated us did not greet or look at us at all! She simply said "Two" when we walked in then "reservation" as she chewed her food. She laid the menus down and walked away. There was a serving tray and stand in the way of the table that we had to move before we could sit! Right after a young man came to grab it and did apologize.

I have searching for a good Italian restaurant since my favorite place closed. I have to say Luigi's was very good. The food was outstanding. The service was great and atmosphere was perfect. They have a very good wine selection and bar. The only thing is the menu is limited but certainly I that there is something for all tastes. The chicken parm was to die for and the bread service was absolutely delicious.

We had a great time, with excellent service (Thanks Ronny!) and delicious & fresh food. It was my dad's birthday and he got an amazing gelato cookie dessert for free. They were very helpful and accommodating with my mom's onion allergy.

Great mom and pop restaurant. A lot of parking and a convenient location in downtown Mason. Not much to say about the ambiance - it gets the job done without any frills. The tiramisu was absolutely exquisite. I dropped a star because the carbonara was not good. Everything else was delicious though!

Loved this place! Old time neighborhood Italian red sauce joint; every neighborhood should have one.The food was solid and the service was attentive and friendly. I definitely recommend.

Luigi's is absolutely a new favorite. I was immediately charmed by the Tuscan themed interior, well-dressed and polite/welcoming staff, and fresh warm bread ready for devouring sitting at my table. We were quickly met by our server who was quick to make sure we had the drinks we wanted, but also patient as we looked over the menu choices.Every dish sounded incredible: pastas, salads, entrées, seafood. We settled on 3 different pasta dishes, all which were marvelous. The Tortellini Alfredo con Pollo was sizeable with a great mix of vegetable and chicken, in probably the best alfredo sauce I've ever tasted. The Linguini Agli Spinaci was a fresh lighter take with a lovely chardonnay broth. The Gamberi e Capesante con Orecchiette was a good mix of shrimp, sea scallops, and spicy sausage with a roasted red pepper cream sauce. All had sauces that were perfect for dipping the warm bread into.Highly recommend trying them out for your next date night spot, celebratory dinner, or simply just delicious food and wine. Everything was essentially perfect

My fiance and I had a wonderful first time visit at this hidden gem. We were invited to Luigis, to attend a 4 coarse wine dinner, paired off with some fantastic wines from Italy, presented and described by the vinter who made the juice. What a fantastic dinner experience, with mouth watering foods, paired well with some fantastic wines, including a Brunello di Montalcino that did not disappoint. The ambience was amazing, the General Manager was pleasent and informative and the care given by our attentive waiter was very much appreciated. We will most definitely be returning!

Tried out Luigi's last night with a couple friends. Great experience ! We had reservations at 6:15 and unfortunately were about 15 min late. Brian was nice and accommodating when we arrived. We started with drinks. I got the red sangria, which I wasn't a fan of, just not sweet enough for me. My friends got a regular margarita and an espresso martini, both enjoyed them. For appetizers we got the bruschetta and stuffed mushrooms. The bruschetta wasn't the type of bruschetta I typically like but it was still good. REALLY enjoyed the stuffed mushrooms though. Whatever the filling was inside was just delicious ! We also got the spinach side salad, it was very good and the honey poppy dressing was yummy !For our mains I got the chicken Parmesan, it was really good and a very nice sized dish, I was full from our apps and salads so I had plenty leftover for another meal the next day. Friends got the tortellini Alfredo and chicken picatta. Both enjoyed their meals, I got to try the tortellini and it was good. Different kind of Alfredo sauce, but still tasty. For dessert, yes dessert after all of that ! We got the raspberry sorbet, which actually was not on the dessert menu. A little tart but very good. Our server was Jesse and he was really great ! Very attentive and helpful. My friend requested at the beginning of our meal that she was going to need to put in a to go order and Jesse had it all ready to go by the time we closed out our bills. He was on top of things for sure. Thoroughly enjoyed dinner and would definitely go again !

Luigi's in Mason has become our favorite dinner spot. it was always very good, but Brian has led the place to greatness. The atmosphere and ambiance have been enhanced over the past six months, and the food is amazing.
