Luciana's Mexican Restaurant

There were four of us who stopped in for dinner on a Friday night. We got there about 5:30 PM and was quickly seated. I must say when we left at 6:30 there were people lined up waiting for a seat. The service was top-notch. My wife loves the salsa. I opted for the spicy tormatious sauce, which has got a little more kit to it. The interior is very cozy and quiet. You can actually have a conversation they will handle large groups. Several couples came in with I bet about 12 children and they all set together and we're very well behaved. the wife and I split street tacos (you get three + beans and rice) they let the wife special order her taco because she likes grilled chicken at no extra charge And I had the chorizo tacos, they were delicious. The other couple split chicken fajitas, I'm telling you it was a huge portion and filled them both up. After eating the beans and rice that came with our meal and one taco I was so full I had to take the other taco home so now I have lunch tomorrow. I highly recommend this place. It's clean friendly, great service high quality Mexican food at a decent price.

Great food but extremely loud and service is so so. We did not wait to sit but after ordering the service slowed down. We were only 6 so not a largeGroup but had to wait on refills. Food wise excellent. Their fajitas was piping hot, great flavor and good value

According to their website there are five locations around the Central Indiana area. I've passed by a few of them so I thought I would check them out. There are several positive reviews from fellow Elite Yelpers. Their salsa has too much heat for me but I do like to dip the chips into refried beans. I ordered the No. 1 Combination plate, ground beef version, which is one taco, two enchiladas, rice and beans. There was a time (before my weight loss over the past two years) when I could have finished this kind of meal. And there was a time when I would over eat because I would feel guilty paying for food and not eating it but those days are gone. I didn't like the "stuffed" feeling afterwards. Eating slower helps me avoid that predicament. I still order these large lunches for two reasons. One is I like the variety of the different styles of food and two is lunches are my main meal of the day. I don't eat much for dinner. A large meal at lunch time gives me more time to work it off ;-)Both the taco and the enchiladas were over stuffed with ground beef which was a good thing. The rice and beans were excellent! The enchiladas were covered in the "red" gravy, my favorite. But Queso is equally good. A good meal that would bring me back anytime. So I left room for dessert by leaving an enchilada untouched and not finishing everything else completely. I ordered the Sopapillas. They were a tad chewy but still very good. I like how they give you an extra amount of whipped cream on the side. Parking was plentiful in their own lot. I didn't visit the restroom so I can't review it.

Visited here for the first time for my sister's birthday lunch. We were seated right away for a party of 8. They brought out chips and drinks quickly. The staff were friendly and attentive. I shared the Texas fajitas with my husband, the food was well portioned and super tasty.

We came here to celebrate my birthday and was able to be seated pretty easily for a party of 8. We did try and make reservations in advance but were told they do not take them. The server was friendly and brought out everything quickly. We enjoyed some guacamole and queso while waiting for two of our party members to arrive. Once they arrived the server came quickly over and got the orders for food. The food was delicious. I had the deluxe quesadilla. I would come back again for sure.

We love this place! I didn't take any pictures this time but our food was great and we had a great time. Our service was great too! The atmosphere is always nice and enjoyable as well. Parking is a little odd but there is additional parking in the back that is accommodating. When we go to Mexican restaurants one of the main things we like is the chips, cheese and salsa! The chips were just Ok, salsa was good and the cheese tasted very yummy!!

My first experience at this Luciana's location, arriving just after the lunch rush. We were greeted promptly and seated. Our chips, salsa, and drinks were served very quickly.The chips were warm and salsa was fresh and spicy. We ordered a side of queso for our chips, and it was warm and smooth.I ordered vegetarian fajitas, and every component was perfect. The grilled vegetables were delicious: tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, red and green bell peppers, and zucchini. Guacamole tasted freshly smashed, shredded lettuce was crisp, beans were flavorful, tortillas were soft and warm.Our server was very friendly and apologized that we had to wait for our food even though we didn't wait very long.As at the other locations, servings are generous. I took half of my fajitas home in a box, and this is from the lunch menu.

We love Luciana's. Great food. Competitive prices. Fun atmosphere and staff is on point. Plenty of Mexican food choices around but this is the best.

Easy to use online ordering app but I don't like your $4.05 online service charge so no tip, sorry. I won't do this again. And you don't answer your phone! Do you charge for orders over the phone too? This removed Luciana's from the top of my go to list until this changes. I hope the food is good and order is correctly placed. When hubby went to pick up food there was nobody there so I can't understand the reason for not answering the phone.

Interesting seating, used to be a nightclub I think? Anyway...our's was an early dinner so there was no wait. As a whole the dinner was Fine, typical Mexican fare and options, nothing that stood out. The service was fast if a little abrupt. Definitely felt like they were in a rush to turn the table over but for what? Less than half the restaurant was occupied by the time we left and then was no one waiting. We definitely didn't linger to chat, just ate and got out. Will not return as there's so many other places that offer a more welcoming experience.
