The bagels are delicious! We came back for the lunch menu and enjoyed the Philly and BLT! Check them out!

Quality bagels and fast service. The girls working were so sweet and nice, very good experience for my first time there. The French toast bagel was delicious.

The bagels are fresh, and you can get unique flavors like Rainbow, Pumpernickel, and Egg in addition to classics like plain, cinnamon raisin, and everything.Get the bagels alone with basic toppings, go savory with one of their signature breakfast or lunch bagel sandwiches, or have a fun sweet treat with unique cream cheese flavors like monster cookie or rainbow sprinkles!

We should have turned around as soon as we walked in and saw the long line of people waiting for their food. We assumed the place was packed because the food must be good, but that was a mistake...We ordered 1 sausage, egg, and cheese bagel with cream cheese, 1 bacon, egg, and cheese bagel with cream cheese, a smoothie, and a coffee. Our bill came to $40, and we were told it would take about 10-15 minutes.3/4 staff members were young teenagers who seemed completely unsure of what they were doing. Instead of dividing tasks, they all appeared to be working on the same things simultaneously.While waiting, we heard a family complain that their bagels were completely uncooked in the middle. A short time later, a woman canceled her order after waiting 40 minutes (before this point, we didn't realize people had been waiting that long). The young staff struggled to process the refund and had to call the owner, who had to drive to the store to assist. By then, we were also contemplating canceling our order, but we were concerned about the time it would take to resolve that. After that, a DoorDash driver, also waiting for an order, eventually left the restaurant in frustration.After about 35 minutes, they approached us to ask what we had ordered, suggesting they had either forgotten it or deleted the order entirely. Either way, they hadn't started making it. In total, it took 50 minutes to receive our order: two bagels and two drinks. Unfortunately, both bagels were incorrect--both had bacon, and one was missing cream cheese.This was a frustrating experience. I can't comprehend why they would tell customers to expect a 10-15 minute wait when they knew people were waiting over 40 minutes. There are plenty of other places to get bagels that are cheaper, faster, and better.

Outstanding selection of bagels & excellent service! Bagels are always fresh.I highly recommend this place.

Let me preface this by saying that I don't like bagels, but the wife wanted to try something different. I ordered a Rueben bagel and she had a breakfast bagel. Line formed quickly behind us, and seemed to cause a bit of confusion. They brought our sandwiches to us, and forgot my wife's smoothie. We agreed that our lunch was pretty bland. At least I tried.

We stopped in this morning and were greeted promptly. The staff was friendly and made some suggestions on what to order. The everything bagel with bacon, egg, and cheese was very good. My wife enjoyed her pumkin bagel with cream cheese. The store was very clean. We will be back.
