Tell me you're in your thirties without telling me you're in your thirties. I'll start: our biggest complaint over the winter was not the cold, not the darkness that comes at 5pm, no, our biggest complaint was that our beloved farmer's market was rightfully closed for the winter, and between November and April we had to buy bread not from the Findlay Market's famous Blue Oven Bakery, but from other random places (none of which compared, we made a mission of it). We had to buy produce not from the stalls of local farmers filled with fresh produce at a great price that encouraged us to venture out, no, we had to get it at Kroger. And fresh flowers from a sweet woman who runs Jaybird Farms and makes beautiful wreaths out of dry flowers, no, I had to get those at the grocery store too. Ridiculous complaints, I know, but I don't care. The Loveland Farmer's market is awesome. There's an eclectic mix of vendors from all over Southwestern Ohio. Produce, bread, baked goods, tea, coffee, knife sharpening - it's got it. Most vendors accept cards and there's a great system in place for those who don't that is cheaper and easier than getting money out from an ATM. Plus, you get to walk around licking a Street Pops popsicle which makes it all the better.

This has been voted one of the best markets in greater Cincy and I can see why! These guys work very hard each season to obtain great vendors and put on a very organized and well run market. During the start of the 2020 season is what put me over the top with 5 stars. They were determined to start the market as best they could. They set it up so it was pre-order online, and drive thru contactless pickup. While this limited some of the vendors available, as not all have that kind of technology, they did the best they could to continue with safety. I took full advantage of this and was very pleased with how it went. Now that things are opening back up they are again doing a walk up market, but still with the option to pre-order and pickup. The vendors are quality and all very passionate about their products. They really have everything from produce, meats, eggs, dairy, plants, cheesecake, pastas, bath products, bread and baked goods and so much more! Some of my favorite vendors are Blue Oven, Five One Three Bagel, TS Farms, and Jaybird farms. Check it out whatever way you can! The website and social media stays updated for what vendors will be attending!

The Loveland farmers market is another great installment in the heart of downtown Loveland. If you are looking for fresh fruit, vegetables, or baked goods-this is the place for you! This farmers market takes place in the newly paved parking lot next to the bike trail and the Loveland canoe rental. There is a small parking lot at the front of this lot (before the entrance to the farmers market), A small lot across the street, Street parking, and several other lots within walking distance in downtown Loveland. The number of venues depends on the weather, of course. Even with the thunderstorms that hit Loveland, a good handful of the vendors still showed up, and it was worth a visit. I got a pint of cherries for a dollar, as well as some amazing homemade cookies that were $3.50 for six. The bread vendor that every local loves does come each week, and usually the line is long--as it is a hot commodity for us locals! Again, worth it. Most vendors are prepared to give a sample, as they are trying to promote their local businesses. I'm huge fan of shopping local, and this farmers market is a great way to do just that. Support your local community and get some fresh air while you are at it!

Nice selection of vendors. I have even been to the one they hold inside in the winter. I also heard that city of loveland is building a special area around downtown loveland specfically for the farmers market-I cannot wait. Worthwhile if you want fresh produce and nice conversations.

What a great farmers market, four or five farms there each week coming in from the area, everything freshly picked. There's also artisan bread from Blue Oven Bread, with lots of variety, savory and sweet croissants, rolls and huge English muffins. There are plenty of vendors, 20 or more with a few more rotating ones. I really don't feel I need to go to the grocery during their season because I get my eggs, meats, veggies, fruit, oils, vinegars, condiments, desserts, micro greens, and buy my herb plants there in the spring. Sometimes I'll get something to eat on the spot, like a burger, a salad or one of Angie Tees Kitchens bowls. There are always activities for the kids and live music.
