Delicious cakes!!! My favorites are the chocolate raspberry- midnight baby cakes and the lemon baby cakes they have every spring. They'll do special orders if you give them 2 days notice. They're definitely my go-to cupcake source!

Carrot cake tasted great, as ready on time and the birthday decorations on it were beautiful.

We had love cakes make cupcakes for my baby shower and loved it so much I had them make a smash cake and cupcakes for my daughters first birthday. First, they make delicious cakes! The white cake is moist and light. The buttercream frosting is perfectly sweet. For the birthday party we had them filled with raspberry filling and chocolate ganache. A-mazing!But what makes it great is their customer service. They are great at taking an order and helping you make the best choices for your needs, and they are easy to work with to help you create something special.

Spent hours with an associate for my wedding, and was very detailed on what my expectations were and what I wanted for my big day. We paid upwards of $800.00 + dollars when it was all said in done on the cake, cookies, cup cakes, and mini cakes for the bride and groom table. The cup cakes were supposed to be white and the turned out to be bright princess pink delivered ON MY WEDDING DAY. So we called the supervisor of this location we explained how disappointed we were and that it really messed up the aesthetic of my wedding and it was NOT what we agreed upon or ordered. We offer to brink back the cup cakes as well as provide original work order they gave us with the receipt. She then argued she would only refund us $25.00, and she wouldn't apologize because she didn't feel there was anything wrong they delivered cup cakes ... she was very rude and unprofessional... we had to call a different store who's manger since she refused to give us a name of some one above her and he had way better customer service and valued us as customers who shop at DL regularly and gave us a $100.00 gift card to apologize for the cake situation. I love Dorthy Lane Market but I do not recommend this particular location or cake shop the customer service just isn't there, and it's very disappointing. With all the money you spend creating you beautiful wedding treats there.

It shouldn't come as a surprise since it's Dorothy Lane, but Love Cakes is great! If you're from the Dayton area, you know that ele is all too buzzed about, but I think it pales in comparison to DLM! I should note that I haven't actually ordered a whole cake, but I have ordered cupcakes for several birthdays. The chocolate cupcake with peanut butter icing got rave reviews from my family. I was a big fan of the white cupcake with strawberry buttercream. Carrot cake is my husband's preference, and he says that Dorothy Lane has the best around.The staff is always super accommodating, and you are able to pick up from any of their locations at convenient times.If you're on the lookout for a good bakery for any reason (birthdays, weddings, parties, etc.) check out Love Cakes!

I'm NOT a baker but my kids love it when Daddy bakes their cake. I get my colored buttercream icing from Love Cakes. They color it and whipp it up and then it's waiting for me to pick up whenever I want it. Their team is incredibly helpful giving me tips and advice as well as the delicious butter cream. Also, whenever I have a big occasion I always get my cakes from love cakes too. They are a great organization!

If you really want to make a great impression, order a cake from Love Cakes. I love the white cake with white frosting either plain or with raspberry filling. They can create about anything you want. I used them for my wedding cake years ago and usually buy one of the already prepared cakes for parties or special occasions. Hosts and guests alike are excited when they see the box and then they gush over the taste. I have never been disappointed with a cake or cupcakes from Love Cakes. When I have ordered anniversary cakes they deliver them to the closest store to me and of course they deliver the wedding cakes to the reception.

Top Tier and Sabrina is absolutely amazing!!! I will forever order my cakes from here, they are super delicious and the customer service is amazing.

Absolutely stunned by the artistic quality of the "Cigar cake" you made for a birthday! Cigars looked VERY REAL! Beautiful job! The cake was perfectly moist as well, delicious!
