We stopped by Loose Ends Brewing while exploring the Dayton Ale Trail, and it turned out to be a mixed experience. The service was friendly, but we felt overlooked during our visit. It was clear they were short-handed, with one person seemingly managing the entire restaurant. The food was good, but the lack of refills and attention took away from the overall experience. By the time we finally saw our server again, we decided to skip refills and move on to the next stop across the street.Loose Ends Brewing has potential, but the staffing issues made it hard to enjoy fully. With more support for their team, this spot could deliver a much better experience.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The food is always really good and we love the patio seating when the weather is nice. Not a huge fan of how loud the place is inside though. Problem is the amount of food you get for the price. It's a bit unbalanced. Also, we've had mixed service from our visits. Sometimes it's decent but this last time, we waited forever for our food.

Great visit at Loose Ends Brewery tonight in Centerville met up with a friend for dinner & went to Beer & Chocolate pairing class at the brewery I heard their food was good, my friend enjoyed their crab Rangoon, I enjoyed the cihorizo burger with fresh cut fries. The fries were delicious. The burger was good but messy very filling I also went with a flight which is 5 beers-2 sours, dunkel, NEIPA and Belgian Triple They have variety of beer & food options which will be back again to try & they also have seasonal specials We also enjoyed a beer & chocolate class at the brewery too - note this is a separate event which you purchase tickets in advance

Fun brew pub with imaginative beers each names after electrical terms famous inventors. The food is a stand out especially the Crab Rangoon ( trust me they are amazingly good). The burgers are tasty one our favorites is the Greek burgers. They even go over the top with their fries Carne Asada fries are a meal. My favorite are the hatch chili seasoned fries. Big open space with plenty of TV around for sports. The room is very lively and can get crazy loud. They have also a patio out front in nicer weather if you want a quieter meal.

This place will be on a wait on the weekends, during the week you can walk right in and have a table. They have a kids menu, also some outdoor tables with umbrellas.Their Crab Rangoon is excellent! Salmon sliders and Thai chicken is good too. They have Angus burgers and often some delicious desserts. It's a brewery, but more of a restaurant in my opinion.

I want to start by saying that our service was great. Our waitress was new and she did wonderful. If she didn't know she told us that much and went to ask. The restaurant itself is nice, open, and it was clean. I was here once when they first opened so I was a little disappointed with the menu. It wasn't as expansive as I remembered. There also were not a ton of allergy friendly options even though the menu makes a big deal about telling your waiter. We went on a Tuesday night, which is now a night they are running special Grilled Cheese menu. This is where the big issue is. We were not told until we were getting ready to order that they do not offer burgers on Tuesday night. Quite a lot of us in our group were wanting to order one. As someone with a dairy and gluten allergy a burger without a bun is usually my best food option. We were also told they didn't have the vegan burger, which was another problem because one person in our group is vegan. That is literally the ONLY vegan option on the menu because a $20 salad without chicken. In this day and again this is absurd. There should be more allergen friendly options on the menu especially if you are offering Grilled Cheese, which is 100% not allergy friendly. The manager did "Find" some vegan burgers so my friend and I were able to eat, but the entire thing was just crazy. I went back to look at their social media and there is no mention of not serving burgers on Grilled Cheese night anywhere that I could find. Highly suggest that they have that more in the forefront or have the hostess telling people as they are seated. The cranberry seltzer was really good. The vegan burger was pretty good and I appreciated that you could make out the different ingredients. I do wish they'd offer a gluten free bun. A burger is just not a burger without a bun. Fries were good as well.

Went for a night out and was really impressed. The chicken strips were in a great batter and the burger was very tasty. The desert of cheesecake was ok but definitely different. The fries came out cold but upon letting our waitress know were quickly replaced with fresh ones and they were absolutely delicious Prices are fair and they offer a military discount Also our appetizer of pretzel bites was very good dipped into a fresh and house made beer cheese that was very much like fresh queso. We will be going back!!

The quality of the food was fine, but we waited over an hour during the Father's Day brunch. Perhaps this would seem OK if the restaurant was packed, but we were one of only a handful of tables. It be clear, this was not an issue with our server, but with the kitchen. Looking at other recent reviews, several expressing similar issues, clearly there is a management issue. I would not recommend dining there until they get their issues resolved and there are a number of substantive reviews that support a solid turnaround.

I hadn't been here in several years, and had forgot how good their beer and food menu are. You've got to try their crab Rangoon and literally anything that's ontap!

The name says "Loose" but the but food and service are Tight! Definitely add this restaurant to your dining out rotation. A buddy of mine and I dined there. We had blast. The vibe is chill. The inside is sort of warehouse-ish with ample seating and an area for large groups. Great lighting and there are a few TVs scattered around. We sat at a high top table. It was a little wobbly, but not so much that we had to use a shim. We started off with the guacamole appetizer. For entrées, he had the Smash Burger and I had the Big City Reuben. We both had the Parmesan and Truffle fries. Our entrées were phenomenal! The Reuben is a large sandwich. Be prepared to take half of it home. We also had an Old Fashioned cocktail. The first one was so good, we had to have another one. Shout out to Elizabeth the bartender! Also, shout out to Shay (sp?). She was our server and she was fantastic!
