I called the restaurant at 5:14 to place a delivery. The delivery time was quick, yet the order was wrong. The restaurant gave me a chicken chow mein instead of a chow mei fun. I called the restaurant back at 5:57 to ask them to replace the error and I was met with abysmal customer service, a lack of communication and an inexcusable argument consisting of a 30 minute fight on the phone to replace the error. I was met with an abrasive attitude that lacked any desire to remedy the mistake that was made.I spoke with the delivery lady and she told me there was not a way to fix the error. I then requested to talk to a manger and was told the manager was not there. 10 seconds later the delivery lady said the manager was there and passed the phone to her.... I was then given two options, 1) they would deliver the correct food but I would have to pay the $3.50 delivery fee. 2) I would be able to receive the correct food next time I ordered for free and still have to pay a minimum delivery cost and the delivery fee. Basically telling me I would have to pay either way for their mistake. I then was told the manager said they would deliver the food for free. I was held on the phone for over half an hour, which is noted in the attached picture. It is now 8:13 almost 2 hours from when I was told the correct food was on its way. This has been by far the worst experience I have ever had with a restaurant.This is the epitome of a business that has no regard or care for their customers.

Came in for a second visit close to 9pm ordered the same thing except for the special just a small size of moogoo and I found out why they call it moogoo........ chucks of goo/ gelatin all in my food like it wasn't properly cooked....... not very happy, probably won't be back. Don't not like to come home exhausted after work with takeout to be displeased with my food. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken and Mongolian beef. I had a coupon for buy two large entrees and get the 3rd free. So, I ordered pork Pad Thai. Plus, I got 4 egg rolls. I love spicy food so I ordered the beef as super spicy, as they call it; and the chicken a medium spicy to get a sense of what they mean by "spicy." The super spicy to me is spicy and very eatable. The medium spicy is not spicy enough for me. It is weak. lolHowever, the food itself was very good. I specifically asked about MSG; the female who answered the phone was not familiar with it, but others there told her what it was. They told me that they do not use MSG at all. Kudos! As some might be aware, MSG is a toxic chemical and many people react very badly to it. The pad thai I really liked; it tasted authentic, but as usual I want more peanuts!The delivery was fast and the food was received hot! Thank you for that, too! The delivery guy was very pleasant/friendly and smiled.Overall, I had a good experience and plan on ordering again! Caio!

Food was to salty to my taste, food was brought out and was very salty. Was not good at all service is pretty lame. Not helpful at all. I don't recommend eating here. A bad experience for me and my family.

Amazing every thing was so tasty the portions where large we used the delivery they were fast and the food was hot.

We always order our takeout from here. We love it! Generous portions, reasonable prices, and delicious food!

The food has been great every time we've ordered, which has been quite often. Normally they read back the order. This time they didn't. When the food arrived, my boyfriend's order (pad Thai) was replaced by egg fu young. He called to say it was wrong and the woman on the phone tried to tell him that's what he ordered. No... It wasn't. He argued and she hung up on him. I called back and asked for a manager. They argued with me and said she repeated his order back to him. I heard the phone call and knew she didn't. They tried to offer me a free order of his dish next time we order. I said no. He worked all day and needed his food. They said they'd send it out to us and we had to return the incorrect dish. Fine, no problem.Their food is good, and this is the first problem we've had with them. But if this is the way they treat their customers, hanging up and arguing when they're in the wrong, then we'll have to find another place to go for our Chinese food fix. Incredibly disappointed.

We Stopped in for a quick bite and we were delighted with the lunch specials. DELICIOUS dumplings and crispy broccoli. Definitely going back soon, and I'm super happy to be within their 5-mile delivery radius. Happy to have found a tasty Chinese restaurant.

Head delivery a few times now. Each time food was 20 to 30 minutes late past delivery time and food was lukewarm at best

This is probably the best Chinese takeout in Dayton that I've experienced. I ordered the chicken lomein with pork fried rice and wonton soup. Everything was delicious, especially the wonton soup. Usually wonton soup is too salty but theirs wasn't overly salty at all.
