Little Caesars Pizza

Second time in a row the pizza is being overcooked. Both times I drove up when the pizza was "expected" but I didn't get an email or text to let me know. So it couldn't have sat that long unless they tag it when I order it (?) It was better than last time... at least.Turn the heat down?They raised prices. I don't mind, I am shocked it took this long. A cheese is now $5.55 which is still a good deal and makes for an easy meal when you're busy.

It's a different kind of pizza but for what it is , they are a five star outfit. They have great pizza, always ready, always fresh. They also have great technology. Download the app and never wait in line. Step up grab your order right out of the cabinet and go. They have a great lunch special. You get 4 pieces of pan pizza and a drink for $5. I walked in, grabbed it, and walked out in just a couple minutes.I like them better than most chains. Better pizza and better pricing.

There's nothing particularly great, and they typically take forever. Last time I was there, I was waiting for a half hour on two pepperoni pizzas.

I ordered pepperoni and got cheese and they got mad I didn't want to take it. Save your money go somewhere else.

Be careful about picking up a hot n ready in the drive through. Did not tell me I had a wait of 5-10 minutes until after I had paid. Not an ideal situation. After 15 mins of waiting I went into check to see how it was coming and the pizza had not been in the oven.

The Good: Inexpensive Pizza. Great Value. Their on-line app (when works) is convenient for contactless pickup. The Bad: Have had them screw up 3 times with the order. Always order using their On line app and arrive after being either notified that the pizza is ready or 10-15 minutes after scheduled window. Three times now the pizza has t even started. Once was when I ordered 5 pizzas over 90 minutes before my daughters birthday party. When I showed up they shrugged their shoulders and said "sorry" like no big deal. Don't care how cheap the pizza is, three strikes and your out.

This is hands-down the best Little Ceasars I've ever been to. My wife is addicted to these pizzas and the consistent quality that this location provides has made me a "pizzapizza" addict as well. Also, the management is stellar, especially Phil.

This place is BAD. Like REALLY bad. Like if you only have 5 bucks, drive to another city because this will make you regret coming here. Never had worse service in my life.

Well after using this place since it first opened, I just ordered it for the last time. We ordered a custom topped pizza of Ground Beef, Mushrooms, and olives. Got a $5 cheese pizza and two Maranaria dipping sauce cups. It takes 15 minutes one way to get to their location. I Got home found the Specialty pizza Raw doe in the center, mushrooms wet, and the cheese unmelted! I suspect it didn't get a full trip through the oven, for it was a internet order and said it would be ready in 15 mins (the time it takes me to get there). I called Angle the store manager and in so many words told me how tough my luck was, and unless I returned the pie, I was not to be believed. Sorry Angel, I'm not taking another 45mins to an hour (15 minutes each way plus time to cook a new order) to fix their laziness of not looking at the damn pie and realize it's not cooked all the way through!!! So we put the piazza in the oven and did what they couldn't. Then I went for a Maranaria cup, in the past, the consistency of the sauce is medium thickness, and they're kept chilled. These were kept under the drive-thru pic-up register and were both warm and like jello when a spoon was put to it!!!. Absolutely disgusting. So "Angle" your crew is killing your customer base and you deserve to slowly close those doors at that franchise location. I also spotted some things that ought to have the health dept pay a visit, and start looking at sanitary practices, I don't think they'll like what they'll see. And as sure as the sun will rise tomorrow, I'm making a call to the Montgomery County Health Dept, and report my observations. And as far as I'm concerned, I was ripped off for $13 between the raw pizza and the "jello" marinara cups....the last time that will ever happen!!!!!
