Lee's Famous Recipe Chicken

I went in to use my birthday gift. It wasn't too crowded when I went. This is a to go location, no area to eat just to wait for food. I put in my order with the woman and explained I had a birthday coupon. I ordered the chicken tenders and wedges. It didn't take long to get the order.It was fresh. I like the original chicken but enjoy the skin being crunchy. The wedges were hot which I like them fresh also. Not a big bread eater, so usually don't eat the biscuit. The experience was positive. Staff friendly and helpful. Food was good and it was worth the cost... Free. I will return to the location soon.

I've been here twice in the last month and no one ever seems to have a mask on at all. It's not even on the chin. I understand you need to breath but could you not interact with customers while doing so?

This location is horrible they need to HIRE NEW EMPLOYEES because customer service is horrible you got my order wrong and gave me a raw biscuit but had the nerve to have a attitude with me and it's so ghetto the way the employees carry themselves is a bad representation for this company I won't be eating here again I waiting 20 minutes for some horrible food

I often get chicken that is brown on the inside and luke warm to touch.I went in yesterday and asked if they had any fresh chicken and was told that the chicken that had been up for almost 20 min was all they had...I was shocked that they did not care to loose my business after I walked out...I'm not sure what to do,as this has always been a issue..

The girl taking orders was hard to understand, and when we got our orders my friend found his box had no chicken in his box and had to go back to argue for his chicken! The food quality was poor cold wedges and cold undercooked chicken. Very terrible experience.

This location is very busy most days. Getting into the parking lot can be difficult because there isn't enough room for a drive thru lane. But the crew that works there day in and day out all deserve at least $20/hr. They are kind to people that aren't rude, and some of the hardest workers. I also love their chicken, both the famous recipe and the spicy.

I was just there on last Wednesday. It was crowded. It was my turn to order at the drive thru. As I was placing my order, I was RUDELY INTERUPTED while I was trying to place my order. She asked me "what do you want?" She was rude as hell. I was trying to tell her THAT I was trying to order, and she interrupted again and ask me if I was going to order some chicken or not. WHAT??!! I told her I was not interested in ordering anything. I did not cuss but I should have. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALWAYS BUT THIS WAS THE WORST. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK AND WILL ADVISE OTHERS TO STAY AWAY.

We ordered the family meal with all the sides. Food was fresh and hot. Staff was friendly. Facility was clean. I definitely would go back again.

Just saw the star ratings for this location when I was looking up hours. I have to say this must be a case of people only giving reviews when they've had a bad experience, because this place literally has a line of cars running way out into Vine St every night! Always has. I've been getting chicken from this location several times a year my entire life and have never had a bad experience. The food is always good (A+ for the crispy fried chicken and for the biscuits) and the employees have always been especially nice! Is it perfect? Probably not. And the building is a little old. But this location is very, very popular so don't let those negative reviews keep you away. My tip if the drive thru line is long - park and go inside. You're likely to get served right away!

They were rude and disrespectful. They also couldn't get an order right to save there life. I asked for boneless chicken and they gave me a bunch of chicken wings that looked disgusting I'm now late for a funeral thanks a lot. I've been here many times but the girl there this time was extremely rude .when we went back in to tell them the order was wrong the attitude they had was unreal and they took almost 20 minutes Thankyou for making me hate this fast food place
