Great diner! We were greeted by a group of gentleman who probably meet every morning for coffee. They made great recommendations and were fun to chat with. Service and food were both great. A nice down home place where you are welcomed in with southern hospitality.

Otherwise the service was fine. Waitress was nice. The fried clams were great, some of the best that I've had. The fried cod was average, pretty much what I was expecting. The green beans would have been good but they were way too salty. I could only eat a few and left the rest of them on the table. Mashed potatoes were good but also pretty salty. Still enjoyable. Ate 'em up. The bathroom is single occupancy but has 2 toilets with no separating walls which is strange but doesn't really matter. Good restaurant, I would go again and try different sides.

Super homey food! We had the country-fried tenderloin which was pounded, breaded and fried to perfection; the mashed potatoes are home-made with some tender lumps; the beautifully-shaped hush puppies were a revelation-- freshly fried and aromatic with diced onions and spring onions nestled in there; for the liver and onions you get one thin slice of calf's liver, super tender and expertly cooked, and the grilled onions are sweet and provided the right bite. Grilled shrimp are generously sized. One came out raw in the middle but they quickly swapped it out for us. They have country ham! It's pricy but I was craving some. I'm not an expert on country cooking, but I've had my fair share, and the old timers dining with us really enjoyed themselves. Would have gotten the peach cobbler (home made, they say) but we needed to save space for ice cream. Go to rawlette's nearby, you won't be disappointed.

Great little family owned restaurant!!Several menu options. Breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts. Servers are friendly. This is a little down home country cookin hole in the wall place.Food is made to order so it's fresh and hot when it comes out. Worth trying out!

Delicious breakfast diner. 6 adults and 1 child traveling and came across this amazing restaurant. So much better than a chain restaurant. Waitress was great! Large portions at very reasonable prices. We'll worth the stop for homemade meals.

We happened upon this place on a Wednesday morning, and we were hungry for breakfast. Absolutely so happy that we stopped! Staff was as sweet as maple syrup - the food was fine as a five-star restaurant and you felt like you were in Mayberry. Can't wait to come back the next time I pass by!

If you're traveling through Campbellsburg or even if you're looking for a good home cooking option as you're driving out in the country, you should stop here. Great service and well executed standard country kitchen fare. We had the bacon cheeseburger and fish sandwich and both hit the spot. People are very friendly and brightened our day!

Great breakfast! Would recommend it! Pancakes were tasty, bacon excellent, eggs cooked perfectly and the server was extremely nice and friendly.

This place was great. I can't wait for our next opportunity to visit and eat hereThe food was great and the service was excellent. Pork tenderloin white gravy the bacon burger the fries and sweet potato fries, it was all great. The waitress was there on her first day and she was awesome. The chef was also so nice. And we finished it all off with soft serve. Thank you so much
