LaRosa's Pizza Centerville

What the hell!?I ordered a large focaccia pizza; cut in squares. Instead I get a cheese pizza. Then they switched it for what they thought was right, but it was pie cut instead. Then when I got the 3rd version I it fairly Barron of toppings. There were toppings...just not as much as we are used to seeing. I ended up waiting 20min extra...and not even offered the original as an apology. Really?!How hard is it to follow directions from an online order. Very disappointed.

We ordered early. 7:18 received a message saying our pizza left the pizzeria, we live 6-7 minutes away. 7:38 called to inquire and was switched to a supervisor. Waited on hold for 10 minutes and finally spoke with a supervisor who put me on hold until I was mysteriously disconnected. Called back and eventually spoke with a supervisor. Unsurprisingly our food showed up just before 8:00 room temperature missing the extra pizza sauce we ordered. I'm a Cincinnatian born and bred on LaRosa's and have been repeatedly disappointed with this pizzeria, time to say something.

Stopped for dinner on our road trip. Great service from Tiffany. Good pizza. Salad, and lasagna. The Ambience was nice with family atmosphere. Would stop again.

We placed and picked up a to go order yesterday afternoon at this location and it went well.I walked in to pick up the order and was promptly greeted.Food was hot at time of pickup and delicious when we got home and was exactly as ordered and expected.There's only one location here in Daytonnand that's ok by me.My hope is that this location does not close as the next location is 30 minutes away.It seems that "satellite" locations tend to close after a period of time and just as we are getting used to frequenting them. I'm sure it's due to lack of sales or breaks in franchise agreements between larosas and the franchisee.However, it would be in larosas best interest to keep this location open. Not just for personal reasons but for logistical footprint reasons of your restaurant chain.The staff greeting me with kindness and thanked me for my purchase. The restaurant is located in out lot of a rather weird shopping plaza that to me seemed like it was not the most busy of all shopping centers I have ever seen. I hope that a rather odd location choice somewhat away from traffic patterns will not lead to a close of this location.Hopefully some clever marketing to the area will keep the location going..It was a good experience. And I agree with others. The scope of the menu selections has changed and broadened. Which IMO leads to most restaurants losing focus of what they truly have done well for 75+ years in this case..Sometimes when you try to take on more you lose focus of what allowed you to be the best in the first place. We'll keep returning to this location. It's close to home and based on this experience the quality of food will warrant a return too. Hopefully our $40+ every other week will help to keep it open.Stop in if you get a chance. Order some breadsticks and a deluxe topper. And enjoy some great pizza that's been around for generations!

I hate writing this review. I have loved Larosas since I was a kid. Moving to dayton there is only one in the area. The restaurant looks super nice. However, the food quality has dropped. Placed a pickup order yesterday for lunch. I got the antipasto salad and onion soup. The size of the salad has really dropped. Used to be 2 full olives. My wife likes them and I usually give them to her. Evidently they changed to the sliced olives. The soup was half full. It tasted ok. It usually has a bit more kick to it. The wife got a half sandwich, kitchen chips, and onion soup. The soup was the same as mine. The chips were very over done. She didn't care for the sandwich, she didn't say much more than that. We also got an order of rondos. They were average. So no complaints on them. When I did walk in to pick up, I didn't see anyone at the carry out or in the kitchen. After about 3 minutes a kid that was finishing up eating saw me and said oh as he continued to the back of the kitchen before coming to the counter. At which point a manager popped out of somewhere and bagged up the order. I do hope the quality of the food gets better as I don't want to see the last larosas in my area to go away.

We came with 7 and they didn't have a big enough table. They said they wouldn't split us.I asked, "what if we split in two parties and came back in?"The hostess was perplexed.Same amount of people. Lack of common sense.

Nice place to dine in and eat. You've got to try their cookies! They are absolutely amazing!! Don't leave without purchasing a boxful to take home. Make sure to heat them up -- 17 seconds in the microwave should do. The pizza is good too. I highly recommend this place.

It's been many years since we've been to a LaRosa's. That has been in part to the fact I can't have dairy anymore. We didn't really love it when we first had it back in 2009/2010 and I'd have to say the same for now. It's nice there offer a plant-based pizza with vegan cheese and toppings, but it wasn't great. My husband said his and the kids pan pizza was just fine, but nothing amazing. My daughter did enjoy her turkey hoagie and chips. My son did not like his meatballs and they got cold super quick. Service was good. Everyone that was working was nice and kind. The restaurant itself was super clean, decorated nicely, and well taken care of.

See my previous review. Wanted to add the pictures of the parking lot since they had a wait time of 10-15 minutes for a table for 10. There were a few cars on the other side of the restaurant and plenty of tables and servers upon our arrival at 4:45 on a Saturday.
