Tried this place for the first time with my neighbor. He ordered breakfast. I got the Third Pound Cheeseburger which came with fresh cut fries. My burger came with the biggest slice of onion & lots of pickles...just the way I like it! The fries were good also. Not bad for $10.99. Our server was friendly & took good care of us. The ambiance was not great. The server said they will be remodeling soon. I'd eat here again.

It's a brand new tavern on the far outskirts of Middletown. Their grand opening was just over 60 days ago. Big news!Typical small town/rural tavern. Full bar plus tables. It's cozy. I think the beers are all cans & bottles as I don't recall seeing taps.We just stopped in to have a beer and check it out. Menu looks good, especially breakfast all day! And opening 7 AM on the weekends!I'm told this location was the Elk Creek Tavern once upon a time, and way back in the 19th century it was a schoolhouse. You should know the entry is up several wide cement steps with good solid handrails. Although the address is on Route 122, you actually have to turn on a little side road to enter the parking lot.The kind proprietoress made sure we knew the menu is not the same as the original Laff's in Germantown. Definitely gonna check out the breakfast some upcoming Sunday morning and will report back.

I was disappointed and it was not what i expected the food was just mediocre to say the best. I read a lot of people bragged on it but I couldn't the sausage was over done the potatoes were good but not enough of them. The eggs were the best part of the meal. Again the sausage gravy was mediocre. The last the coffee was cold. The waitress was excellent. She was very friendly and attentive. The building. Is not handicap friendly at all. There's probably about seven or eight steps to get in and completely un negotiable with someone in a wheelchair. I left my walker in the car because there was no way of getting it up to restaurant. I will say that I have eaten at Laffs in Germantown, and this place is nowhere close to their business, in Germantown. I probably will give this place another try once they get establish it has a potential and being an excellent restaurant.

Simple little diner with an old school feel. If you are looking for beer, burgers, and a vintage diner feel, this is the spot.

Great wings and delicious breakfast. Can't go wrong with their bloody Mary's either. Super affordable! A mom and pop locals kind of place where everyone greets you with a smile. We love it!

The service is always friendly & helpful with making sure we get exactly what we want. The food is delicious, & the portions are worth the price. Our family has eaten here at least once a week since discovering Laff's II. The ranch is delicious!

We ate here recently and it was terrible. We orderEd the Bacon Cheddar Fries which came out burnt and on a SCORCHING hot plate that the waitress did not tell us hot and we both burned ourselves on the plate. His wings were mediocre and my Patty Melt was decent but the fries that came with it were burnt as well. The best part of our meal was our beers. But we still left there with a $50 bill and nothing was even offered to be comped.
