Metal biker bar that puts a lot of love into their food. We came on a Saturday afternoon and the service was pretty quick and attentive.Things feel a little pricey at first glance but every single dish we received was definitely worth the price. Their cheese curds were some of the best I've ever had and they give you a big pile with a good house dipping sauce. The Sourvein was a burger I had to eat with a fork and knife because it was literally stacked too high to put a bun on top of the waffle strips, chicken tenders, bacon, cheese, and maple syrup. Fries were perfectly crispy and plentiful. A friend ordered the buffalo Mac and cheese--a splurge--and he probably received close to 3 pounds of food. We thought that giant dish in the photo at first was a plate and it was actually a bowl!! He ate what he could and still walked away with a giant takeout container full of food.

Ate at Kuma for the first time in 1 1/2 - 2 years and we're sorry we visited. My husband and I both ordered burgers cooked at medium. In the past burgers were usually very pink to red at medium rare so we ordered at Medium, partly due the waitress's recommendation and the menu stated medium would have some pink throughout the burger. Burgers came and my burger had a small amount of pink but not as described in my opinion. The fries had been changed from their delicious hand cut fries to a fry found in many restaurants. The fries were not done inside. My pretzel bun was too thick and totally cold. I used to love their pretzel buns but it was terrible.Waitress offered to return burgers to the kitchen and try again. We both said yes and were hopeful of improvement. My second burger had no pink and was more done than the first burger. I tore my burger apart looking for pink and didn't find any. My husband thought the second burger was a little better. Fries were still bad inside and buns were cold. They offered to remake it a third time but it wasn't worth it to me. The Manager comped our meal and we tipped our waitress who shared things have declined since the current owner took over. Based on this visit, I won't be returning anymore which is sad since I've always told people Kuma had the best burgers in town.

Food: My goodness! My burger was cooked perfectly. Loved all of the topics. The chicken strip sandwich was great and seasoned well. I really wanted more buffalo sauce on mine because it was so tasty. Next time I'll ask for some on the side. My only complaint was I'm not a fan of the pretzel like bun because the bread isn't soft. Service: My girl Kathie was amazing. As a first timer, she was attentive and helped walk me through the menu. She was so good I had to speak with the manager and compliment her. The kitchen staff even cut my burgers in half after being delivered because I was sharing with someone else. Ambiance: Heavy metal/gothic grunge music and art vibes. I was cool with it! Music wasn't too loud during the day so I could still hold a conversation. Pretty good natural daylight too. My only negative comment is about the bathrooms. The smell gave old grimey bathroom.

It has been a while since we have been here but it is still just as good as the first time if not better. We came on a Thursday around 3 pm and it was not busy at all. The music level was fine and we were greeted and seated right away. My son and I both had the Kuma burger and they were both cooked to perfection and Huge! I ordered a side of small mac and cheese. It came in a large serving bowl and was delicious! I can't imagine what the large size looks like! My husband had the Black Sabbath and he really enjoyed it. My daughter had the Mac and cheese with chicken and a side order of fries. We were stuffed! We always look forward to coming here and I definitely know we will return.

2024...back again and it's definitely in my Top Three of burgers I've ever had. The Led Zeppelin Burger alone is thick and juicy and then add on the AppleSmoked Bacon, the Pulled Pork, cheddar and pickles...you've got perfection add the excellent service, and some hard hitting metal music for the icing on the cake.

Hit this place up for the first time and I know it won't be the last. The burger and fries were delicious. Juicy burger, a little thick for me but not a major issue, crispy fries. I sat outside due to the extreme loud music inside, reason for the reduction if a star. I understand this is a rock themed place but I prefer my hearing not be damaged while enjoying my lunch :).Staff were very friendly and helpful to my questions. I really liked that they bring their credit card processor to the table so my card never leaves my hand.

If you want a very unique and different burger/sandwich and ABSOLUTELY love it, Kuma's is the place to go! The best thing about this place is that it's nothing like anywhere else, from their drinks, to their specials that change monthly, to the merchandise they sell! I love it all! I had no idea what to expect from the Sourvein burger considering it had chicken and waffles on it, but I knew it was going to be delicious! (Hence my face lol) My wife's Mac & Cheese was delicious as well and it was HUGE (this was only the small)!

Met some friends here for dinner on Friday night. We were greeted quickly, and got to order not too long after sitting down.The place was picking up around the time we got there, so it got a little bit loud. The place felt nice and clean.I had the neurosis burger with no mushrooms. I ordered the burger medium well, and it was cooked that way. The burger was pretty thick- as I would expect for a $19 burger (with side). The fries were crunchy. The veggies were fresh. My only complaint was the server didn't come around much when we got our food and I could have went for some more ketchup- always hate it when ketchup isn't on the table and I'm limited.Overall, great experience and eager to come back and try some new burgers.

I've had this place on my list to try for awhile and happened to be nearby running errands so my brother and I stopped in. The vibe is pretty cool and the service was fantastic. We were greeted right away and got our food so quickly.The menu is 90% burgers so just go for that. I ordered the Hatebeak chicken sandwich and wished I got a burger. The burger of the month was a Thanksgiving turkey burger with stuffing and cranberry sauce. Everything sounded so good so it was hard to choose. The chicken sandwich was good but soo huge and so messy to eat.The fried pickles appetizer was delicious.

Went there the other day. One of the most terrible service experiences. Was handed the menu within a couple of minutes, but took another 20 minutes before asking for drinks. Took another 10 minutes to get our drinks. Mind you at this time there were only a couple of tables who all had food and drinks. 4 groups of people walked in before us who got their drinks and some food before we were even asked for our food order. Took about another 45 minutes to get our food. Not once did our bartender ask if we wanted another drink or even asked how our food was. My Mac n Cheese was dry and the burger we got was wrong. She was on her phone almost the ENTIRE time. This other guy came in and took over for her. Super nice but at that point we were done with being there . For a $25 burger and $13 Mac and cheese and shitty service I would recommend going somewhere else
