First time here in 15 to 20 years and WOW. Staff was friendly and helpful. This trip was ice cream only (cyclones and waffle cone nachos). They put lots more toppings on and in their ice cream than the National Chain Dairy store. They have a big food menu also so the next trip will be dining and dessert. Small inside dining area with 4 booths, but there are a couple of tables outside.

Friendly service, great food and excellent prices. Indoor and outdoor seating. Booth style inside. Close quarters. Nice variety on menu. I remember stopping in here when I was a kid and the ice cream was always great. Today we arrived just before the dinner rush came through, so I didn't get my ice cream cone. That's okay because I'll be back to try the walking taco and hopefully get it then.

They make a mean milkshake! Hadn't been back here in years and recently drove through. Although it takes a bit to get through the line, the ice cream is really good and not overly expensive. Worth the trip and the wait. Also, very nice people.

......don't miss trying one of their stuffed soft pretzels....filled with a sweetened cream cheese.....a little pricey, but so yummy!

If you're from Springfield and you've never been here.. Then you're nuts! Their "cyclones" are SO MUCH BETTER THAN DQ AND LESS! Plus the "small" is a DQ large. They have so much stuff on the menu from food to ice cream to slurpees to pretty much anything you can think of. I recommend the smores cyclone. I think it's the best thing on the menu! It's really not expensive and it's the best part of a Springfield summer!

I.love.milkshakes. and Kone Korner does not disappoint. My top 3 faves are marshmallow,peanut butter, and hot fudge.

The food is great and quality of food food is top notch! The staff is pleasant and the nostalgia is just amazing. They have hand dipped and soft serve ice cream. Oven baked subs that are delicious!

Ordered a cherry dipped cone. They handed me a cone that was melting profusely, and had almost zero cherry coating. it looked PATHETIC. Maybe if they set their ice cream at a colder temperature instead of trying to cut costs they'd get more customers? not the 1st time I've had a bad experience with their products, but it's the last. If they're willing to hand out garbage and make excuses I have to wonder about food safety concerns. The cherry dip wasn't even red in color. Don't waste your money here.

Haven't been to this creamy whip in a number of years. Today's visit reminded why; my "medium" cone had very little creamy whip in it. My husband's waffle nachos had very little ice cream as well. The chicken sandwich didn't have very much flavor. The kraut hot dog was barely warm. Stay away in my opinion.

I called on 09/03/2020 to ask about dairy free ice cream flavors.The associate that answered the phone developed an attitude immediately after I asked. They told me they didn't have any, & I said, "Thank you so much for the info! Have a great day"The associate said, "Kay" & hung up on me right after. I am considerably upset considering I work in customer service. I have experienced this problem a couple times in store as well, & I will not be going back. I will move my business to Fent's Dairy Corner.
