What can I say about this place. I know it's a grocery store, but if you are in the area, you have to go. They have so much variety that I'm there always a minimum of three hours. They have all the food sorted by country of origin. I love that they have the refrigerated stuff with the non-refrigerated so that the grouping is together. They have neat decorations to look at while you are there. This is one of the stores that if you can't find it here than you don't need it.

WOW!!!!! Please bring Jungle Jim's to Cleveland Ohio. I would do all my shopping there for sure. When I am traveling to cincy I stop by. I will buy a hundred dollars worth of stuff. Just because I'm here. I live four hours away. So can't buy items that won't make the trip. This place is huge. And they have everything you could possibly want. Please bring this to Cleveland Ohio.

Do yourself a favor and grab a cart on the way in. I just grabbed a basket which I regretted by the middle of the store as I loaded myself down with all my finds. They have anything you could want grocery-wise and it's honestly a little overwhelming. I got a variety of Ohio-based snacks and treats like Buckeyes and Grippo's chips since I was visiting from out of state. It's definitely worth a stop if you're in the area, at the very least just to see the sheer size.

Jungle Jim's is way more than a super market - it's an experience and worth going out of your way for! So many cool isles to explore with so many interesting products. Everyone working there is helpful and lots of fun displays, signs and things to look at even if you aren't shopping. Things aren't always "cheap" but you are paying for the experience also!

All I can say is WOW on this place it literally has everything grocery wise in the world , There is an aisle for every country they have so much stuff we were there for 3 hours and probably still didn't see everything it was just absolutely amazing all the stuff they have here. The store was really clean the employees were friendly and helpful in getting me to items I was looking for. I would be in serious trouble if I lived near this because I would be coming home with car fills of items can't wait to stop by next time I'm in town.

Wow! What a place :) I had this on my Saved list for quite some time. Way worth the trip & It is HUUGE! They have any & all things && an abundance of it! We easily spent 3hrs in there. We barely looked at 1/2!!We wish we would have started in the international market side first. Next time we go that's what we'll do. They have plenty of parking. It's set up like a theme park && labeled Giraffe , Rhino etc. They also have plenty of shops & places to eat connected. It exceeded our expectations & we can't wait to go back. The workers seemed to be constantly stocking & rearranging. Check out was fast & efficient.

I'd been to the other location many times, not to this one yet. It is laid out a bit different, and part of a mall instead of wholly free-standing, but very similar: huge, with a great selection of many different types of imported and specialty food and drink.Wander around. There are big signs overhead, and on each aisle, so scope out the things you are particularly interested in. But also just wander. There are surprises everywhere, and it will be hard to walk out empty-handed. Baked goods, meat, hot sauce, health foods, produce, cookware, and much more. I was there for root beer, and though I have tried hundreds they had a few I hadn't had. And on the way out I saw kringles, a Wisconsin pastry treat, so I had to get one. You'll probably get lost. I did. Ended up going out a different entrance and had to walk all the way around the building. Or maybe that's a hack locals use: go in and out the liquor store entrance at the back of the store. There are a few checkouts there, and the lot seems less crowded.I'll be back, to one location or another. Local friends have said "Location A has a better selection of X" and vice versa, but I didn't notice, and there's a ton of everything.

I love a market, and this international market does not disappoint. You have a dam near every country of food aisle, such great selections. Great prices. You can take a tour before beginning, highly recommend because you can get lost and miss things in here. You will also find some good eateries and a full bar. Full liquor store and amazing wine selections. Beers from all over. If you indulge in cigars, think you will find some of your liking here in their large cigar area. Great customer service as well, very helpful and friendly. We spent over three and half hours here.

Jungle Jim's is almost overwhelming the first time you visit! A huge international market with tons of food/beer/wine options. Aisles and aisles of food and beer items that are hard to find anywhere else. You could probably spend all day here and still not take it all in! There is truly something for everyone here. It had been a couple of years since I last visited Jungle Jim's, and it is still as impressive as ever. I picked up a couple of bottles of hot sauce, of which there was a huge wall of sauces to choose from, and a pretty big haul of beer. The beer selection is better than nearly any other single store I have been to, from an impressive selection of imports, to an absolute ton of craft beer. They even have a tasting bar where you can get a pint while you shop.I also noticed a section with homebrewing equipment and ingredients. This place is a definite must stop if you are in the Cincinnati area!

First of all I should say I have really enjoyed shopping at Jungle Jim's, particularly at the Eastgate location, where I have frequented the store once or twice a week over the past year and a half. However, my recent experiences have prompted me to reconsider my visits. My concerns primarily revolve around interactions with the front-end management.During my last visit, I encountered a manager who raised a flat hand towards me while I was attempting to clarify a price I had observed on a product. It was unclear whether this gesture was intended to convey understanding or to dismiss my comment due to their urgency. Regardless of the intention, it came across as rude.On another occasion, I began a transaction with an item that lacked a price, requiring the cashier to summon a manager. After providing a price, the manager walked away. I was also interested in purchasing some zero sugar A&W sodas. The promotional sign indicated a sale on 7Up (both regular and zero), A&W root beer, and Sunkist for $2.99 per six-pack of 16 oz bottles. at the bottom of the sign it said these flavors only. The sign did not specify any exclusions for the zero versions of A&W or Sunkist, which would be unusual for soda promotions. I have never run across a sale on sodas that didn't include all flavors or variations. When the same manager was called back, it was evident that the cashier was not pleased with the situation. The manager informed me that the sale had an unusual stipulation, excluding the zero versions of A&W and Sunkist while including the regular ones. This left me wondering if customers are expected to decipher the wording of the sign? After confirming that the sodas would be priced at $5.49 each, I decided against purchasing them and left the store. However, I returned shortly after, having reviewed the photo I took of the sign. I have learned to document such instances due to previous discrepancies in pricing, especially with sale items.Upon my return to the store, I approached customer service to inquire once more about the sign, presenting a photo of it to the employee. This prompted them to contact a manager for clarification regarding the product. The individual they consulted indicated that it might be an "old sign" and assured that the price would be honored. However, shortly thereafter, the customer service employee received a call from the original manager, stating that they would not honor the price displayed on the sign. At that moment, the manager I had previously interacted with regarding the soda purchase arrived at the service desk, commenting that someone had created a "Bad sign" and that the item was not priced as indicated in the main aisle. Throughout this experience, I encountered three different explanations concerning the pricing on the sign? As the manager departed, I remarked that this seemed like deceptive advertising, but she did not respond. Therefore, I would advise anyone shopping at this Jungle Jim's location to always verify that the prices on the signs match what is charged at the register. Additionally, it may be wise to approach the signs with skepticism, as they appear to have bad ones?
