It's a great place to tire out your energetic kids. I went for a Mom Meetup so there were quite a few kids there. I concluded that it gets busier in the afternoon because that's when it started getting a bit more crowded as we left. There's pizza and all the treats to keep their energy up if you wanna take full advantage of the day pass. My son gets easily bored, and he found himself trying each thing more than once. They do offer options for birthday parties and monthly passes so if you think you'll go more than once or looking for somewhere to host your kid's party-- this is a cool option.

We had my son's birthday party at Jump!Zone today and had a great experience! The staff were so helpful and the prices are in line with other similar places. We rented out the location as a private party, so we had to have our party pretty early on Sunday morning, but it was so nice to have the space for all the parents to hang out. The kids ran around and had a great time.We purchased the larger meal deal with pizza, pretzel bites, and drinks, and it was the perfect amount for our large group.

Nice place for kids. It was a little pricey, but the grandson enjoyed himself. Nice people, but they don't enforce the rules.

My sister took advantage of the deal where you can rent the facility for your own private event on certain nights for approximately $300. I'm not sure if this is just something they've been offering due to the pandemic or not but the kids had a great time!! We had 13 kids there (family and a few friends) and there was plenty of room for them to run and play since they had the place to themselves. I believe ice cream was included for the kids and we paid extra for pizza and pretzel bites. The adults enjoyed hanging out at the tables while the kids played. I appreciate the opportunity for the kids to get to enjoy places like this in relative safety when they offer the private events. A great night all around.

OMG! My 2 year loves this place. We love it just as much. This will definitely be a staple in our routine for entertaining him. We hope to come often. I read some reviews of people complaining about price, but the price to me seems pretty fair considering they don't charge parents/adults any admission.

Came to Jump!Zone Florence for a birthday party that was being held for one of my children's friends. There are several party options. Options include your party being in a private room or at tables near the inflatables. I'm glad they chose the tables. There isn't really a way to watch the kids play from the private rooms. All the children had a great time jumping on the various inflatables. They are intricate and exciting enough to keep elementary school age children interested, and yet easy enough for preschool children to have fun. Children of all ages are allowed on the majority of the inflatables. There are two inflatables that are specifically reserved for children ages 5 and under. These are off in their own corner. That area also has a couple toddler sized climbers. A couple of benches are in that area for parents. There are a few prize machine and claw machines. Not an arcade, just a handful of machines. I didn't really see kids using them, even from other parties. Jumping was enough to keep kids busy. Outside food is not permitted. Jump!Zone has partnered with Danato's pizza. Food is ordered at the front, and is brought back to your party once it is delivered. Snacks and drinks are available for immediate purchase. They did allow the party we were with bring in their own cake. I would recommend checking with the establishment before doing so. Just to be on the safe side. A sign out front notifies guests that gifts are only allowed to be brought in if a birthday party has reservations. For sanitation reasons, socks are required for jumping. Socks are available for purchase if one comes without.

Our kids love coming to Jump Zone. We go during "open play" and dates and times are listed on their website. We find that it's less chaotic if you arrive before or around noon on weekends. The inflatables are great exercise for them and we take advantage of that - especially when it's cold out. They have a nice spot for kids under 5 to play. Their concession stand is convenient. Maka Mias is really good - we order a large pizza to share every time we go. They've added more tables so that families can sit and eat. Make sure to bring socks for your kiddos!

Saw roaches crawling on the ground There is never anyone watching their children and there is a lot of redirecting that needs to go down and with enforcing the rules. Also the toddler area is always over taken by these u supervised children maki g it u safe.

We have been to Jumpzone in Florence multiple times previously for Birthday parties without incident so we decided to take my 4yr old & twin 1.5 yr olds to Jumpzone this past weekend (11/16/19). In the past, Jumpzone had a decent play area for younger children (under 4) but they have significantly reduced their offering for younger children. The younger area now only has one small slide, small crawl through caterpillar, "okay size" bounce house that was under 4 and another bounce house for 4 yr old and up. While playing in the "okay size" bounce house with my 1.5yr olds, older kids (7 yrs old or older) would get in their with them and jump which would terrify & knock over the twins & other little ones, they also struck the younger kids multiple times while using the slides. I had to pull my little ones out multiple times due to Staff and parents not enforcing the age limitation & removing the older children from the small children play area. I wish Staff would enforce the rules more actively to make this environment safer for younger children & that parents would realize this is not a daycare. Funzone has been a great place for the colder months so children can still play and have a good time but it seems safety & cleanliness is not a priority any longer. There is no sanitize stations and it doesn't look like any of the areas have been cleaned in some time. We're disappointed Funzone has went down hill as quickly as it has and will not be returning for the safety & health of our children.

Very very disappointing. I've brought my girls here before and it was fine, hectic and felt slightly mis-managed but they had fun so I overlooked it. Today however was a different case. Every year Winter time can be hard to plan things for tots when it's too cold to be outside (5 degrees ) so I try to keep indoor activity centers in mind and on the weekly plans so we're not cooped up in the house all week! Generally I use the Library, Children's Museum Center, Totters Otterville, and the Newport Aquarium so when I found jump zone (despite the insanity that comes with 8-10 giant inflatables being in a confined area) I was excited to have another indoor place to keep these twin girlies busy! Today however I had to (try to) explain to these three year old loves that although I TRIPLE CHECKED the hours of operation being from 10am-2:00pm, And 5:00pm-8:00pm on Friday's, Jump Zone was closed until 4:00! (? Not even listed to begin with) So I call and leave a message and then I hear that there is a way to hear when the open play hours are, so I think "Before I leave this voicemail of sadness I'll see if maybe They had accurate times on their pre recorded message" Nope. It said they opened today at 12:30 . . . WHAT?!?!?! How can I ever trust to bundle up three year old twins and drive from Fort Mitchell (25+ Minutes) to go to a place that may or may not or may OR STILL MAY NOT be open? So this brings me to my one star review. If you like to roll the dice on your kids smiling, laughing and enjoying their morning vs crying and not understanding why you promised they could play at jump zone today and now they can't THIS is the place for you. Maybe (and hopefully) you'll have a better experience than I have but for me Frump Zone is a no go.
