The food here is fantastic! I highly recommend the chicken mushroom and garlic naan. Portions are good so I always have some leftover. The restaurant itself doesn't look like anything special but the service is good. Even on DoorDash they're typically running deals. I can't wait ti order again!

Always fast, always fresh, always delicious! I cannot wait until their new location in deer park opens so I don't have to cross the river to get my fix! Easily the best Indian we've had outside of Indian Spice Train in West Chester.

If you're searching for authentic Indian cuisine in Northern Kentucky, look no further. This hidden gem in a strip mall offers an exceptional dining experience. The restaurant is spotless, and the service is top-notch.We started with the samosa chaat, one of my favorite street food options besides pani puri when it's available. The flavors were vibrant and perfectly balanced. Next, we had the saag paneer, which was absolutely spot on with its rich, creamy texture and fresh ingredients.Despite the abundance of great Indian restaurants in Cincinnati, this one truly stands out. The quality of the food, combined with the welcoming atmosphere and excellent service, makes it a must-visit for anyone craving Indian flavors. You won't be disappointed!

First time diner after many recommendations. Generally food was good, service was poor. Waited a long time just for water to be served, had to ask for condiments for the appetizer platter. Naan breads were overly stodgy and meh, chicken was dry and chewy. Prices are top dollar and in summary quality was just average but not worth a drive unless you're local. Far better Indian restaurants in the city IMHO.

Jot this down.....Euphoria with every bite! Based on their strip mall locations, you might be hesitant to try Jot India. However, that would be a short sided and close minded decision. Everything about this business exudes excellence. When I walked in, the first thing I noticed was how spotless the restaurant is. Immediately, I was greeted with a friendly smile and invited to sit down. Without hesitation, I ordered my go-to lunch dish Chicken Tikka Masala with a side of Bhatura. The dish was delivered with such confidence and delight that I was already convinced it would be the best Tikka Masala I would ever have without even taking a bite. It was as if they knew what was about to happen in my mind, body, and soul. The rice was fresh and steaming, creating a blank canvas for the side of vibrant burnt-orange masala sauce. The Chicken Tikka Masala was rich and buttery. While some Indian restaurants cut costs during the pandemic and watered down their sauces, Jot India seems to have done the opposite. The bold flavors painted my soul with the same feeling you get from a mindful inhale and exhale. This dish forced me to be fully present with every bite. At this point during my lunch I was already drafting my 5 star review. Then one of the owners, who is also the chef's son, payed me a visit. After chatting about my first time experience, he smiled and said "I'll be right back. I have something I think you'll enjoy." He returned with a curated dish of bone-in chicken curry. He continued to explain that he was sharing the cooks and crew "family meal." This was the food they cooked for each other that isn't even on the menu! Unlike the classic Tikka Masala, this dish hits different. It appeared to be more broth based vs butter. It was light and coated with a thousand spices. The first bite was subtle and approachable, and then after thirty seconds an explosion of unique flavors with just the right amount of heat opened up my palette to another level.Jot India transformed what would have been an ordinary lunch into a moment that I will never forget. They inspired me to try new flavors. They made me feel appreciated in a way that is typically reserved for close friends and family. It is apparent that they cook with their hearts and serve with joy and respect. Thank you chef.

Hidden gem for authentic Indian food in Kentucky! We dropped in after hearing from other how good the food was. We ordered their Beef Samosa Chaat appetizer and Palak Paneer entrée - both were delicious and so filling. We visited India two years ago and can confirm that Jhot's dishes are pretty authentic. Highly recommend the Samosa Chaat - fresh vibrant flavors with hot savory crispy samosas with a side of yogurt, yum! Make sure you ask for their chutneys. I like adding a different chutney to each bite so I can switch up the flavors. Very affordable for delicious Indian food!

I hosted eight friends here last night, and they all loved the ambience, service and food -- but especially the food! It's a small restaurant, consisting of just one room, but it's laid out well, so they could accommodate several large parties on the same night. Our waiter was excellent. He came to the table with each new arrival, was swift with the drinks and appetizers, and graciously agreed to take pictures of the group with our cameras. But it was the food that was the star here Everything was authentic, complex, and flavorful, down to the fluffy long-grain rice. I ordered the lamb rogan josh, and even though I've never had this particular dish before, I know it tasted exactly the way it was supposed to -- hot, satisfying, and with flavors that could only be from the vibrant Indian palate. I ordered a level of 3 on their scale of 1 to 6, and it was the perfect heat for me. I heard the same from everyone around the table -- all their offerings were authentic, fresh, house-made, and did I say completely satisfying?
