I have never rented a limo before and did not know what to fully expect. My expectations were surpassed when Pat the limo driver pulled up to pick us up. The limo was immaculate. Gorgeous inside and out. Pat was an absolute pleasure to have as our driver. He was knowledgeable about Cincinnati, was patient with our decision making process, and overall just a gem of a person. We went out for my daughter's 15th birthday with a few of her friends. They were excited that they could hook their phones through the bluetooth and play their music. Highly recommend Jimmy's. The price was fair and the service superb.

Jimmy's Limo provided transportation for a wedding I was just in. They were on time, navigated a back-up on the highway while still getting us to the church on time, and were extremely professional. The bus was also in great shape with all of the modern amenities. The bridal party all agreed that we really enjoyed this experience and are planning to do it for a future night out.

Our daughter hired Jimmy's for her wedding party and what a find! Their driver, Ken, was stellar! So many things can go awry on a wedding day, but we're so thankful for the exceptional service, accommodation, professionalism, and safety of this company. And Ken - just AMAZING!! Long overdue, but we used this service for our wedding August 2019. They were professional, on-time, courteous, and very reasonably priced. We had a lot of fun in the party bus. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing experience and how convenient! Our driver knew all the places to park and drop us off and pick us up so we were able to really enjoy being downtown without having to walk everywhere! We were going to have dinner and a concert for the holidays and we're actually able to make an extra stop. Smooth driving with ice and water available in the limo as well as glasses for our drinks that we brought

We used Jimmy's for our son's Senior Prom and we had the BEST experience. The communication from the quote to the day of the event was amazing, the price was more than fair, the limo was gorgeous and Victoria was INCREDIBLE! We will 100% use this company again in the future. Highly recommend.
