This place is horrible,I recommend that u go to the subway down the street. The inside is boring and not big enough for the lunch time traffic, I don't even know why people would go in here for lunch. I got a sandwich I forgot what it was called but it was horrible, my tomato's on my sandwich was soggy, the bread was alright but the chicken was supper pulled practically raw or left like in a crockpot for 7 days. And the service is also horrible. I got a fountain drink and the pop machine was not fizzy so it didn't carbonate at all and they said they fixed it for me like 30 minutes later so I tried it and didn't work. And the workers didn't allow me to get a refund for the pop either. This place should be shut down, go to the subway on the other block. DO NOT COME HERE EVER AGAIN.

When I found out Jersey Mike's was moving in near by I was excited! There's a need for more fast casual restaurants in down town Cincy. I attend on their second day of opening I used a promo code I saw on Facebook to get 2 sandwiches for the price of one. The code worked and the food was great. The day I went there were multiple staff in the restaurant asking how my day was going and conversating. I'm really glad Jersey Mike's decided to open a location downtown. Will be going back.

Ordered online and went to pick it upAnd there was a delay. Waited in line but they wouldn't make me a sandwich then either. They then told me it would be another 10 minutes from original time even though I had paid. During business lunch time , the customer has limited time so now I have no lunch but paid for it. Worker screamed "get out of my store".

The absolute WORST customer service. My entire family walked in, not one customer in the store, and parked at a table for a moment to figure out what we wanted. Some RUDE staff person (lady with glasses) aggressively states, "CAN I HELP YOU?" as if they were too busy for people to be in there. Told her we were figuring out what we wanted, she replied "you have to purchase something to do that." Every other establishment was boomin with customers piling out into the street, this place had not one person. I see why!!!

No Sale: Ordinarily would give higher rating. But today I ordered a mini and was told, "We're out of minis." They declined to cut the larger bread size into a mini size because "that will mess up our bread count." One would think they'd be more concerned about making a sale. I left and spent my money elsewhere. Generally the food and service at Jersey Mike at this location is good. Today the service was not focused on customer or the bottom line.
