This is my first time having Jersey Mike's Subs. My Mr. Raves about them and my friends at work are not fans. Mixed reviews, but the only way to find out is try it myself. We went on a Saturday for lunch. They were slammed however they still greeted us and was super quick with making our food. There is something for everyone. Low carb bowls, hot and cold subs, choose any size you want, Don't want bread? They offer wraps. What makes their sub is their signature juice which is red vinegar and olive oil. I had to try it! But it's optional. All their bread is made fresh daily, they cut the deli meats and cheese when you order. Love that they do that! I got the club minus the ham, regular size with Turkey, lettuce, bacon, tomato, provolone cheese, mayo and their special juice. My Mr got the Italian. I wanted a side of Mrs Vickie's salt and vinegar chips. We got our meals super quick. We dined in. The food was great! I love their signature juice, it paired well with the sub! I ate everything. So did my Mr. You can download their app and order online. Plus they cater.I can see us coming here a lot! Fast friendly service, and good fresh subs at a reasonable price. My Mr was right! They are one of the best!

I hadn't been to a Jersey Muke's in years before seeing this location nearby our new house. I instantly knew I wanted to introduce my lady to the franchise. Luckily, she became a fan from her first experience, and I remembered why I became a fan too. Classic subs, great service, excellent prices.We went on a Saturday after hitting our new gym nearby. My lady ordered the Club without ham and I had my favorite Original Italian (ol' number 13). The staff were all super friendly and made our subs very fast. My lady loved hers made Mike's way (with the juice and spices) and mine was absolute perfection. My lady kept saying she could see us coming back regularly which made me happy for sure.This is a great spot for fast and tasty subs for sure. Don't want a sub? You can opt for a wrap or a salad instead. They have something for everyone, even if you're a vegetarian or vegan. Everybody likes Jersey Mike's!

So I am a big jersey mike fan a once a week customer at least mostly anderson or blue ash happen to stop in this store very dissatisfied the fist thing out of the guys mouth was down talking to the other workers about not being able to work together, they were all working when I walked in that should have been a private conversation. I ordered my sandwiches and ask as I always do on the last sandwich to have the ham sliced very thin, he was so busy talking sports with they guy behind he did not do it and I said is that as thin as you can slice it ? (Knowing from my weekly stop it is not) he looks at me like how dare you ask that said yes went back to sports talk.So glad I won't be back to this store I will go where they treat me like a welcomed customer

The Rudest Manager Ever.I visited this location for the first time on 3/12/22. I ordered a gaint and regular sandwich. I was rushed to the register before I go to give instructions on my order. So I backed back to the prep area and finished the request then paid. The person over charged me with a extra sandwich when I only ordered two. As I travel globally my Corporate Mastercard is through Union Bank and it will not accept refunds. I asked for a gift card instead and this GM gave me a paper card that expired in 11/25/2020 for their location only... WHAT! I told him that I was passing by and he said it was good anywhere. My next stop was in Georgia and they refused the card. I called the Wooster Store and they said they would add points to replace the funds that I paid for the sandwich that I never received and never ordered. The point value was 74 points owed. The Wooster Manager only gave 6 puts. I called back on the 3/18 and a manager said that he will get it fixed and it was a mistake. I just received a call from an irritated manager yelling at me over the phone when they made both mistakes. He was rude and disrespectful. Don't visit this place as under this General Manager they will rush you, your order and steal your money. The money isn't the issue. The fact that how they handled this, lied about it and rushing me out the store with a bogus card is why I'm going to highlight this GM and his location. Also, I eat at Jersey Mike's way more then the average customer for the points for my college son. I found out that both FireHouse and Jimmie John had similar reward program.

I just left the store after walking in, to three employees oblivious to me being there. Each employee, to include Tony, totally ignored the only customer in the store. I can understand if they actually were making a sandwich or cleaning a counter. But, nope, just lazy and don't give a crap about your company. You pay in bananas you get monkeys.!Hey, I wonder why on a gorgeous Sunday afternoon, the store was empty. Good job corporate, you are amazing at training you staff in customer service. As a chef and manager of over 30 employees, it felt great to tell your underpaid staff that "I'll be dining somewhere else" hey Kroger makes subs.And the ingredients are more than likely coming from the same vendors. And. judging by the snark on your response to my critique, you don't care. I'm sorry if you don't feel it necessary to try and improve your staff or your management style. I'm also sorry that people actually risk their lives eating in a place with such lackadaisical oversight.Good luck. There's always construction or grave digging. These two careers need nothing by the way of customer service.Cheers.

This location did not provide us our full order that we placed on the app. No one answers the phone, it just goes straight to voicemail. When I drove all the way back to get the rest of my order there was no apology or anything. I asked for a refund of the food that was forgotten to make up for all the additional time I had to spend in the car and the manager wouldn't even look or speak to me. He told me I could just leave with nothing. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. Will not return and would encourage others to not patronize this location.

I love Jersey Mike's and this is my favorite location! It just opened a few months ago but they already seem to have everything down perfectly! Although I am closer to the Hyde Park location, I prefer to go to this one because they offer a larger variety of hot sandwiches. In addition to this, the service is fantastic - I was greeted when I came in the door and all the employees were very friendly when they made my sandwich. For me what sets Jersey Mike's ahead of Subway or Jimmy Johns is that everything is so fresh - they cut the meat and cheese right in front of you for every sub! If you need a quick lunch or are craving a delicious sub this is the place to go!PS - Makes sure you get it "Mikes Way"! This has some of the veggies plus the juice and is great

Pretty unbelievable. I asked if they sold just the bread. I was told they don't. I was discussing it with the employees. They weren't raising their voices nor was I. Suddenly a guy who identified himself as the owner yelled at me " we gave you a reason now get the f*** out. " His fellow employees looked as surprised as I was. The dude has a serious anger problem. And judging by the other 1 star reviews this isn't an isolated incident. Again- every other employee handled the situation just fine. The "owner" lost it.
