Ivy Hills Country Club

I'm a local wedding photographer, and I've shot several weddings at Ivy Hills Country Club. I like this venue, and I think they've always done a great job. I've also attended numerous social events at Ivy Hills - again, good food and great staff. I've had brides who had their ceremonies at Ivy Hills and others that have had church weddings elsewhere. Many brides get ready in the little white house that is near the club house. The house has a nice staircase for some bridal portraits. The windows are large - lots of light. Another plus for some photos. There are many photo opportunities elsewhere - on the course and around the house and clubhouse. The hole right by the clubhouse has the best sunset, too. There's a little pond there. The interior of Ivy Hills is very nice - and they can accommodate many group sizes. For one wedding, we did a Chinese tea ceremony, and that was held in a smaller, front room. They really can handle larger or more intimate receptions. The food at Ivy Hills has always been very good - and the service is always great! They've treated me equally well as a guest or as a vendor. I would definitely recommend checking out Ivy Hills for your wedding ceremony and/or reception - they do a fabulous job!

Great holiday/special occasion brunches. Friendly staff. New Golf carts. Leagues limit play. Thursday night men's league, Sunday afternoon couples league, Wednesday morning/night Women's league.... They regularly have a variety of social events. New practice facility is decent for chipping practice.

Very nice course in Cincinnati. The greens and fair ways are all well maintained. The play is tough and a BIG hill to the top. This would be a tough one to walk. That being said it's a nice change from a lot of the other courses in Cincinnati. It is a private course, but the price is very fair considering. If you have the chance to play I suggest you take it, I doubt you will be disappointed.

Had my wedding at ivy hills and all I can say is wow! It was a perfect day, they take care of pretty much everything for you, set up, takedown, and clean up. The food is excellent and the carriage house is so great to get ready in and stay in for the night. They make the drinks strong and the reception venue couldn't be cozier. I had the perfect wedding!

Beautiful place. Very nice Clubhouse, pub, meeting and banquet rooms. Nice gym as well. Golf course is very challenging but fair. Pool, tennis, pickelball, nice practice facility and very reasonably priced. Friendly staff and members.

I am a social member of the club and primarily use the pool in season. The staff keeps the pool and surrounding area in excellent shape and the life guards are highly attentive to the safety of they swimmers, especially the younger ones. At he same time, they are friendly as well as businesslike. Poolside refreshment service is efficient and not overly costly. Ivy Hills dining and banquet facilities are not huge, but they do a nice job. I wish some of the portion served were smaller, but maybe that's just me.

I've been a member of Ivy Hills since before it opened. The golf course has always remained a challenge (a good thing if you want to join something for many years) and the groundskeeper always keeps it in great shape. The food quality is very good and their catering business for weddings and parties remains very busy ... also a good sign that they do a great job for their customers. The staff wants to know you and it feels like a place you can call a second home. The members have been very friendly and are generally very welcoming to new members. If you like playing in events, the Mens' Golf Association does a great job of setting up tournaments throughout the year that are very fun and a way to meet the members and potentially win some prizes! The pro-shop staff always runs the events very professionally and, as a member, the pricing on merchandise is very competitive.

Best golf value in the Cincinnati area. I have been a member since 2008. I have found the staff to be extremely friendly and responsive. The course is challenging and gives you the opportunity to test all your shots. I played today, and the course was in outstanding condition. I moved back to the area in 2008, and have really enjoyed getting to know the members, and have established wonderful new friendships.

I played this course recently in an outing and man was I impressed. Not only was the condition amazing but so was the service. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and if I lived there I would join. If you get the chance go and play it....

Good course! Fun to play, but very challenging due to the elevation chages and expansive areas fo deep gorse.
