Had breakfast here. It was decent. They had a very nice line chef who made omelets or eggs any way you like. He gave us a ton of bacon and cooked extra in his brick oven so it would be crispy as we like. They had a wheel that you could spin for free items. My wife and I each got a free 20 ounce bottled drink. Clerk said we were only one to spin it that day. You can get fruit, bagels and pastries I do not know where they come. Starbucks branded coffee can be bought.

Hard working staff, omelets made to order including egg white ones, you add 4 ingredients plus 1 meat (veggie burger, turkey bacon, bacon, sausage) for $15.99 which comes with 2 slices of toast and hash browns. Some meat like bacon is baked in the brick oven so it's a nice added touch. Kind of pricey but the omelet was good and plenty to eat. The place is kept clean with someone always going around cleaning tables and clearing them. They have all kinds of drinks including Starbucks coffee. The view is beautiful right inside the Westin hotel ground floor lobby ish but it's kind of chilly. I wish it were a bit warmer to enjoy my hot food bc it got cold fast. Other than the prices (to be expected inside a hotel) and the chilly atmosphere, it's a great place and space and lots of space. And very nice staff.

Super friendly staff with Felicia & Amy serving up fresh hot coffee with a smile, Daryll the Duke of delicious Omelette's and James working the dining area. Great food and comfort here. They have ALL the ingredients for a great start to your day no doubt!!

I had a simple eggs, bacon and potato breakfast. it was perfect for me and there was another option with biscuits and gravy. The coffee was good it was Pike's and or Starbucks. they have lots of different types including lattes.They don't have toast but they do have other choices and you can have them make an omelette for you the way you like it. Service was good but the ambience is a little bit like a cafeteria. I think it's because of the high ceilings and the open space but it's good to go and get a little something if you are working and staying in the hotel.The staff was really friendly and made me feel welcome. On Saturday there were very few people which was just the way I like it and so I sat in the little nook around the corner where they have some booths. My girlfriend met me and got a muffin that she liked a lot. Overall this is great for a quick meal. It appears they are very popular on weekdays because they make all kinds of different salads that you can specialize based on the "ingredients" hence the name of the restaurant.

In March 2024 they started closing at noon. As of May 6 2024, they still close at 12 noon. A hard close. By hard close I mean, if you are eating in the dining area, at noon they actually run you out and lock up.

I went to Ingredients today. They closed the salad bar. And the pizza making. This place isn't goi f to survive. We walked away and got a salad up the street.

WAY overpriced for the salad. Base price doesn't include protein. Addition of protein costs about as much as an entire salad elsewhere. This place used to be great and lines were out the door, but was like a ghost town when I went. Now I know why.

This used to be one of my favorite lunch spots. I'm glad they have survived through the pandemic but there has been a significant reduction in menu items and the level of service has suffered. Prices have increased, portions have dropped, and qualify is suffering as well. Overall disappointing. The attitude of one of the gentleman who is routinely making salads is horrific.

Daryl is the Captain of the ship and it's heading straight to Flavor-Town. Great service, you can always count on this crew to impress.

Ok, so this place actually has really good salads, and the options for building a custom one are pretty awesome too. The hot sandwiches and pizzas etc are also decent, though I really stick to salads. What does, however, take away from the good about this place are some of the staff. And to be honest, there used to be two awful staffers, and now it appears to be down to one. What do I mean by awful? ATTITUDE. One guy is simply among the rudest individuals I have ever had to interact with. Literally turns me off to the entire meal. Pro tip: if you don't like people, do not work in the SERVICE industry. COVID really did leave companies scraping the bottom of the barrel for employees and it shows here (sorry to the rest of the staff that are pretty nice in general).
