Incline Smoke Shack

I've been here a few times and always enjoy the food and atmosphere. This is a food truck located outside the 13 Below Brewery. There are picnic tables outside or regular tables inside the brewery. Close to it is Fernbank Park which has tables as well. The chicken wings are smoked and then flash fried and come with a choice of dipping sauce. The nice lady accommodated my request for all flats and didn't up charge. They have a variety of BBQ sauces and a buffalo option. Favorite sides are the sweet corn spoon bread and homemade pickles. The slaw is creamy style. The mac and cheese was a little runny but might have been an off day or maybe I just like my mac thicker like a southern style. A fun appetizer was the tater kegs. They're an extra large version of tater tots loaded with bacon, cheese, and chives with sour cream on the side. I love coming here after working up an appetite hiking over at Fernbank park!

I'm going to have to go back to try an entree. I met a friend here for lunch and a fundraiser that was being held in 13 Below. I ordered appetizers and a side. The tater kegs were very good, had lots of flavor, and really lived up to the name, as they're about 6-7 times the size of a normal tot. The sauerkraut balls had good flavor, and they're huge, which is part of the problem for me - I would rather have more, slightly smaller ones than the 3 giant ones. The stuffing was too much for the breading. The small side of sweetcorn spoon bread was also good, and I will go for a larger side next time. The small is truly small, I'm not sure of the exact measurement, but it was in a small plastic container, maybe 4 onces - think super sized jello shot. Like I said, I'm going to order an entree next time, I think that will give a more fair representation of their food.

I ordered delivery and food arrived in a little over an hour. I think I might of given it a 5 star rating if I ordered and are onsite. Hot Fried food sealed in containers doesn't travel very well, although they did use cardboard food boxes to try an absorb the moisture. We ordered the Chopped steak brisket sandwich, house smoked philly sandwich and the giant pretzel sticks. Both sandwiches came with an order of French fries. As a delivered meal to your home, it honestly arrived with soggy bread/buns. The 2 giant pretzels didn't look or taste like pretzels and appeared more like cheese filled egg rolls. They were dripping with oil from all the cheese I think. The meat was very good which is why I think it be a 5 star meal if we ordered and ate onsite. I might pass on the pretzel but the sandwiches minus the buns were very good.

If you are looking for smoked wings and bbq on the west side this place is awesome. We have eaten here 3 times and are always amazed when we try something new. The smoked wings are meaty and always a must with the spicy bbq sauce of Buffalo. We tried the chili this time and it had a lot of flavor and different ingredients and was one of the best chili's I have had. Defiantly will hit them up again in the spring with the nice outdoor seating area at the brewery 13 below.

The food was delicious and the beer was cold. Cabana was packed so we decided to go here, the food is much better than cabana. Check it out

We had the Thanksgiving meal catered and it was fantastic! Highly recommend and will definitely do again! Thanks to you guys, I wasn't stuck in the kitchen all day or stressed! :)

Our family ate at the 13 below location tonight. Even though his help did not show up, they had our food ready to go in a short amount of time and it was hot and delicious. We have stopped several times this past year and have not been disappointed.

After a walk at Fernbank, we decided to stop. We are so glad we did so. The food was amazing. The BBQ sauces offered a unique taste to the pulled pork. The pulled pork egg rolls with the apple BBQ sauce were delicious. We will be back soon.

Good food! Wings were excellent!. We had no idea it was even there. Went to the brewery for a drink and we were pleasantly surprised.

Ordered the smoked wings with barn burner sauce and the philly - both were incredible we will be back very soon! Great spot!
