Ike's Barbecue

Old school neighborhood spot; but good good good! We had fried catfish which was sizable and fried crispy and hot. Just like yo granny on Friday. Baked beans need less brown sugar but the potato salad is delish! Sauce is house-made and good. Fries are crinkled nothing special but hot and savory with added salt making them a good accompaniment to the fish. The rib tips were off the chain good. Tasted brined and smokey. Tips were old school meaty with gristle and just enough fat for flavor. Atop old school white bread! Brought back memories of my Cleveland roots where there's a rib joint on every corner. No inside dining since COVID just take out and delivery, but you can order ahead online. Can't wait to go back on a Sunday and get those pork chops I saw on the menu. The other customers all concurred they are good!

Maybe i caught this place on a bad day. I'm not from here. I came here on recommendation from someone that works here and lemme tell You i was so disappointed! As you can see in the pics, this was extremely poorly done. It looks NOTHING like the pics I found here. Look at that Mac n cheese, it looks baked in the other picture...but look at my pic with that dry overcooked cornbread muffin! It all WAY too salty! They told me 25 minutes I came 30 minutes later and STILL wanted another 30 just to get this mediocre BS! I should have known better and left when I pulled and smelled weed from the car next to me and the girl who worked there got out and went in. I will NEVER spend my money in here again. Smh

Food was decent. It did it's purpose of having some soul food. Received my food in a timely manner, did not wait long. Cashier wasn't that personable but that will not deter me from going back and trying something else but that did affect my review.

The food was good and considering it was Easter I received my dinners in a timely matter however customer service should be better. I should have been told that a side wasn't available when I called to request dinnerware but I was called back twice for the same side that they didn't have.

We ordered Ike's and I had asked for the pulled pork and the sweet potato pie. They were out of BOTH, so I ended up getting the turkey burger and the peach cobbler. The burger was INSANE. It was sooooo deliciously barbecued and was everything I never knew I needed. The peach cobbler was not good but it didn't even matter compared to that burger.

Not only was the service horrible, there was a bug in my food and I was not offered a refund or anything else to fix the situation

The food here was amazing! Loved the vegan machine and cheese, as well as vegan peach cobbler. The staff was knowledgeable and very kind.

They have very good food that almost tastes like Grandma's their services well my husband used to work for them and he even liked your cooking

Wow they really fell off. Use to be one of best spot to get soul food. . I basically donated $17.99 . You welcome!!!Went straight to the trash. They lucky I don't call the health department.

Ordered on Uber eats because it came up with a 30% off coupon and I love BBQ. Got to the menu and saw fish and chips, another love of mine. Weird to get fish and chips from a BBQ place, but whatever. They were quick with the preparation. When it got here, I found first off, no tarter sauce. Lucky I had some in my fridge. Next, a new one for me... the fish was fried with breading on one side only and skin still attached to the fish. I have never had skin as part of my fish and chips before. I did my best to remove the skin where I could, and the fish I did get to eat was fine though didn't taste overly fresh like they claimed. The fries... super greasy. Like think garlic butter fries, but no garlic butter. Just tons of oil. I mixed up some garlic butter to try to mask the flavor of oil so I would have something to eat for lunch. Can't say I would ever order from this place again.
