Glenway location just keeps getting worse. Short staffed, drinks brought out after neal was served, order was 40%wrong. Scrambled eggs instead of over easy, forgot the menu items to serve, forgot orange juice but was billed for it. VERY SLOW SERVICE, slow to be seated, to be waited on, to get food and this is not the first time. One person could have handled the 4 or 5 tables. Employees just don't care anymore. Won't be coming back for that average food.

I mean i tried. .. I'll try again later I'm sure i just feel pretty let down but they don't have enough employees here either. Wait time was too long for breakfast. The pancakes were still batter in the middle . Which is hidden under all the toppings. Bacon was weird looking . Bathrooms not clean Place is nice inside but they need some solid crewing here. Maybe don't do 24 hours ? Not really this area.

Nice iHop in Westwood. We went early on a Sunday morning and it wasn't busy at all. A few staff were working and we got our food pretty quick and it was well made and yummy. The restaurant was clean and bathrooms were good. I'd come back for sure, I do know I've passed by and they can get busy sometimes tho so I probably will try to come when they aren't super busy personally.

I'm happy IHOP had opened on the west side of Cincinnati.It's a small location and parking is rough with chic filet next store..The food was hot, made to order & good.There's a lot of staff right now because they have just opened, but I'm sure that will this out.

I got a carry out order for the Colorado omelette and French toast. The omelette was overcooked and had link sausage on top. the French toast looked like they only used a fried egg as batter on one side. I did not received the topping for the omelett. I was very disappointed. I will not be going back.

this place is a joke, my girlfriend, my two friends and i come to get a late breakfast. when we arrive we are seated and get our drinks. we get no straws and see nobody for the next 30-40 minutes. after getting our straws we proceeded to wait another 30 minutes to receive our food, when we all got our food our hashbrowns were bricks, our food was cold. by the time we had someone come to our service our ice was melted in our drinks. we requested the manager and she proceeds to ignore us for another 10 minutes. i do not recommend going to this establishment
