Hurry Curry

Man oh man am I excited to have this gem of a walk up restaurant in Madisonville so close to home. I have driven by many times on this part of Bramble but never stopped in as I was always in a rush to get somewhere and then would forget about it. But I finally made it to Hurry Curry to try out the food. I found it on a sustainable meal service app that lets you get meals at the end of the night almost 50% off and decided to give it a try and make an appointment to go after 930pm when you can pick up the food. I tried it out for the first time on a Saturday evening, as I had a late lunch so could do a late dinner. The guy who answered the doorbell was super friendly and helpful. He asked if I had any dietary restrictions and if I liked spicy or not spicy. I told him "the spicier the better" and he delivered. He gave me a half Middle Eastern Chickpea Stew and Red Curry bowl over rice with a ton of spicy HC powder on top. The curry was so flavorful and the chicken so tender. The chickpea stew was a blast of flavors and I like the smoky bold flavors it had. The HC powder really gave everything a good kick. You get a big portion of food and the best part of stews and curries is that you can eat as leftovers and it tastes EVEN BETTER as the flavors settle and seep into the rice. This place is so convenient with street parking up front and down the whole street. You could do pickup orders and get your lunch or dinner to go easily. There is no space to sit outside but this could be because it's fall as the other reviews say there's a few chairs up front in the warmer seasons. I plan to come back a lot now that I've tried it and love it. I saw a picture of the naan pizza and I can't wait to try that along with the tacos. I love curries and trying different seasonings and flavors vs just traditional Indian curries and Hurry Curry offers it all.

Picked up some food for friends Sunday night before closing. I ordered online. The restaurant is a walk-up window building with a doorbell on the front. At pickup, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The food was great! I'm glad we got to try a bit of everything. Flavorful, salty, fragrant. They seem to have special options too once in a while, so I hope to catch one of those next time.

I am unsure if this man who helped last night was the owner or manager but he was freaking awesome and super nice! He hooked me up! The food was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend and will be back! :)

We had an amazing meal during our first visit to Hurry Curry! I got the red curry burrito with jalapeños and my wife got the yellow curry bowl with a side of the grilled cheese naan. Everything was excellent, the service was fast and friendly and it was nice to sit outside on the sidewalk to eat at one of the cafe tables they had setup. We can't wait to go back!

Their food is PHENOMENAL. Very unique menu and extremely friendly owner. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Yummy. The red curry had a decent amount of heat despite not being advertised as such. No biggie, still delicious. The real deal however is the curry naan pizzas. Soooooo good.

They gave me some samples to help me decide what I like! However, I ended up liking all of it!! The portions are hefty and the flavor is amazing! Give them a try!
