Hummus Mediterranean Food

This place is the "Chipotle" of Middle Eastern foods. I love their "bowl" concept. Plenty of great, high quality foods to try. Options are practically endless. What brings me back to this place is that their food is really tasty and the service is outstanding! I've been here twice and the second time, they remembered me. I'm very impressed with the flavor of their rice, the peas and carrots, their Turkish salad (beware: there's a good spicy kick to it) and their fresh toppings. I Love pickled turnips and pomegranate molasses and they had both! Their hummus is excellent especially if you get it loaded. Trust me, do it. The location isn't too bad: tucked in next to a dentist with lots of parking and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. You definitely got a regular customer in me. I'm a great fan. Keep up the great work!

The concept is a make your own bowl with toppings and meat, similar to popular Mexican places. We decided to get bowls, which are HUGE. Started with rice and chicken. They have various hot toppings and lots of cold toppings like cucumbers, tomatoes, feta cheese, onions and lettuce. You finish up with sauces, which the garlic and tzatziki were recommended. The bowl was great and I ended up bringing half home. Chicken wasn't dry. While in line, they offered us a falafel to try. It was very good. You can taste the herbs, which was a nice change from others I have tried. The hummus can be customized. We let the gentleman behind the counter customize it with chickpeas, parsley, almonds, garlic oil and hot sauce. The presentation was very thoughtful and you can tell he takes pride in the product. While we were eating, he came to check on us and brought a plate of Turkish salad, which we had never tried. Wow! So flavorful! Chunks of veggies with a kick of heat. We will definitely be back to try more. The wraps ordered before us looked great. Inside is pretty basic, but you don't need much. The patio will be nice when the weather gets consistent.

This is my first time visit. The restaurant was immaculate. The ambience is casual. The men serving the order counter were friendly and efficient. The menu is big enough that most people will find something that works for them. I certainly did. Sizes were very good and the prices were fair. The beef/lamb gyro was moist and tender. Note that if you like feta cheese on the gyro make sure you ask for it.I thought the fries were OK thus (four stars versus five) but not great. They were lukewarm Vs hot. I also thought they could have added more toppings and mixed it throughly. Not a complaint because the following is a personal preference. I prefer it when restaurants serve greek fries with a "steak cut fry" versus the normal cut.I will be back for sure.

I have never enjoyed Meditteranean food so much! You get to make customized bowls and the food is so delicious... I usually walk away with 3 more meals for later from leftovers. It is a lot of food! The quality and price are incredible!

It's a new restaurant so maybe there's some growing pains.They're incredibly slow and so they need to work on their process. Part of the problem is they keep running back and forth to the kitchen to get more food. They need to have someone do that constantly because once their "line" stops, everyone else is waiting. So the person at the end of the food line should be in charge rather than the person at the start which creates a bottleneck.The other issue is the pita bread station is at the beginning but they don't warm up until the end... so that's another weird inefficiency ... at least for those that order hummus.Also, at the time, they didn't have pepper and onions (aka fajitas) which happens... but the guy was scrapping crusty onions off the pan ... after I told him I'd wait for the fresh ones. It was kind of unappetizing for the scrapings.Now to the food... the beans were canned. The shawarma tasted like Swedish meatballs from IKEA or the frozen section... it wasn't, I saw them slicing it through the door.The chicken had good flavor. The hummus needed more seasoning and tahini. The pita bread was pre-made and came from a package. Basically, there's a lot of pre-made, processed, and pre-packaged food. The only thing that was fresh seemed to be the meats, fajitas, the rice and maybe the hummus (but probably made from canned chickpeas).They also messed up soda lines. Coke was actually Diet Coke. We asked for more pita bread but they forgot about us. Also, for some reason they didn't want to sell us more. We kept asking, we were willing to buy it. Two pitas for a large hummus order isn't enough. We also like to eat it as part of our regular meal.They also got confused about our order. There was three of us but we had to tell them AT LEAST four times that we had three bowls and they kept splitting the order during checkout. That was part of the pita issue, at first they thought we were only ordering pita bread but ... no we were ordering three bowls and a large order of hummus. It was aggravating.There's a lot of work that needs to be done. I don't think this place will last long if it continues the way it does.The people were friendly and did TRY hard.

The chicken shawarma bowl was great. Get the spicy version. The Greek fries are the bomb.

It is nice to have a different option in Springboro besides Chinese, Mexican, and pizza. The food was good and the service was good, but not great. We had grape leaves and a large gyro. Nothing really had that strong flavor I am used to at other Mediterranean restaurants. Everything was a little bland. The gyro was in a tortilla rather than pitta. The meat was good but not as savory as I would have liked. But I hope they stick around! Is good to have choices ...

Delicious food for a great price. Service was excellent. Owner took the time to recommend what we might enjoy and he made the best hummus ever! Falafel was so fresh and delicious. Gyro was fantastic. We will definitely be back. Plenty of food for leftovers!

This place was awesome! The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. It was a little slow I will say, but it is probably just because it is newer. I loved my falafel pita. My parents got the chicken wrap and beef and lamb pita. So good . We also got a greek salad and loved it! Highly recommend for any greek food lovers.

First time there.We both orders bowls and they were delicious !VERY friendly service.Clean.Will certainly be back.
