Hook Fish & Chicken

Programmed Popeyes but got this place. Maybe used to be it?Was in a rush and decided to go anyway. The dining area was clean... bathroom was not.It took a while for our order of chicken tenders.It was really good but they kind of just dump the seasoning on and it's not spread out well.The chicken came out hot and juicy though. For the most part, customer service was friendly.

I'm only giving this place 3 stars because in my opinion the food wasn't seasoned. It smelled and tasted fresh. It was definitely made to order, it just didn't have a lot of seasoning.

Delicious fried food. The chicken tenders were especially good. The owner, Ibrahim was very friendly and helpful.

The food is good. They're really fast especially for everything being freshly cooked. The people are nice. They're open late. What more can you ask for?P.S. Always get the lemon pepper!

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Their service an professionalism is absolutely terrible. They're ghetto as fuck.

Rico was great. It was the day after Thanksgiving and we ordered 100 whole wings, hush puppies, double cheeseburger combo, and he was very friendly explaining things to us and answering all our questions. We were new to the place so we had questions but he was very patient with us. The food was fresh and everyone loved it at the party I took the food to. The reason why I didn't give a 5 star is because the restroom was a mess with no soap or paper towels in it and there was a guy (probably a regular customer because Rico called him by his name) sitting at a back table that kept starring at us, which made me feel uncomfortable. Other than that, service was good and the food was on point.

Heard the hype, used Friday Fish as an excuse for purchase , tilapia, zucchini sticKs and fries , Friday tuna@Subway would have been fine plus the zucchini sticKs

Ordered a burger and a fish meal from Hamilton store. Burger was wrong. They promised us a new one in 20 minutes. It has been over 2 hours. We've called repeatedly and they keep hanging up on us. You do not hang up on customers who are trying to get you to resolve YOUR mistake. They have our money and we don't have what we ordered. And they appear to have no intention of correcting either of those things. Avoid this store. They're nothing but thieves.

I was so excited for a fish and chicken restaurant since I moved and haven't seen one in a while. we ordered delivery. it took 30 min longer than the delivery time to arrive even though we are staying 1 mile from the restaurant. upon arrival the fries were cold and old. the chicken tenders were kind of warm, but not fresh. the Philly sandwich was nothing spectacular, but at least warmish. the steak was most definitely a frozen product. not a good first impression of Cincinnati food.

Inexpensive, big portions, fast, great fries, tons of tzatziki sauce for the gyro. Best of all... Faygo Red Pop. In a can.
