Hometown Hibachi

I enjoy dinner yesterday with my son and has wife to be and has mom and her husband. Next time I am in town I will try their soup.

Came to Chillicothe to do some sight seeing; I'm originally from California and my boyfriend and I came to visit his family and stopped here to try some sushi/hibachi.The food portions are big! We didn't expect to receive so much but it was a lot for how much we paid. The sushi was good, a little heavy on the sauce but overall I enjoyed it! I loved the tempura and the gyoza was pretty tasty as well. My boyfriend enjoyed the chicken hibachi too (:The interior was really clean, a bit smoky from the kitchen but aside from that, I liked the decor and ambiance.The service was awesome! Our server was really nice and attentive. I ordered the American Dream and the Chillicothe rolls, though the kitchen accidentally gave me the Hometown along with the Chillicothe roll. They gave us the extra roll for free! We'll definitely come back here again (:

The serving was huge, chicken and shrimp were absolutely murdered. SO dry and chewy. The steak was overcooked, I ordered medium rare filet, but still edible. Noodles were overcooked. The sushi hometown roll was good. The menus are sticky, table was a little sticky.Service was...ok?! I mean, she brought the food to the table and said thank you at the end. We would definitely not return.

They now have a downtown restaurant, but I ordered from their food truck at our Ross County Fair. My wife is vegetarian but will eat seafood so I ordered their Shrimp seafood stir fry plate. The stir fry rice shrimp, onions, bell peppers and what else in there was super superb full of delectable flavors! The wife and I both couldn't eat all the one order it was so big, and we took the rest home for another meal. Thanks! Can't go wrong here.

My wife and I always visit this restaurant when we are in Chillicothe. The hibachi here is better than any of the others that I've had in my life. It is always comprised of fresh ingredients and they have fast service. Each meal comes with a side salad, soup, and yum yum sauce. You can also let them know you would like no vegetables and then you can get both rice (a ton) and lo mein noodles; whereas it is usually one or the other. I would recommend the NY steak and chicken meal. The chicken and steak are always and seasoned cooked to perfection!

If you go to HH, bring your appetite A-Game. Generous portions, complete with the salad and soup. I always opt for noodles, either steak or salmon; each is on point every time. Quick and easy service. I traditionally go with larger parties, so they are every accommodating.

Great food and servings very plentiful. I had the chicken hibachi with the noodles. Very tasty. Also had the tuna roll sushi, it was good but have had much better. Over all I would definitely eat there again.

LOVE Hometown Hibachi - everything is great. I love the gyoza and recently tried the new chicken ramen added to the menu - outstanding. Of course you can never go wrong with their hibachi!

food came out really fast and really hot the only thing that I didn't like was the croutons they tasted like pure butter everything else pretty good but the soup needs salt and pepper
