The donuts are very good and there's a wide variety of donut flavors to try! The service staff doesn't like taking a long time with each order and I have experienced the staff huffing at me for asking about which are the special donuts versus the normal donuts. The place seems very clean but is not a place to eat at, rather just pick up the donuts.

Decent donuts, poor customer service. They were cleaning up over an hour before closing time while people were still in the store, and required we sit at the high top table. We had a toddler and a stroller, so not at all ideal. Not a great experience, so we will not be going back.

Our regulat donut place seemed to miss the mark this time. We went mid morning and the choices were abundant. However, the donuts were just okay. The custard was weak, as if something was missing, and the cake donuts seemed stale. Had this been our first visit I'm not sure we'd go back. $28 after tip for a dozen mediocre donuts? They get 4 stars for the past. We'll revisit soonish and I'll update as necessary.

The best donuts. I always get them for out of town guests and they love this Cincy staple. I think this location has a better variety than west Chester. Plenty left at 11am on a Saturday.

Yesterday, my brother and his girlfriend took me to Holtman's donut shop for the first time and it was an absolute dream. There was a giant line out the door because their donuts are fantastic. We arrived around 11 o'clock which is late apparently because I saw some donuts on here and the ones that I got were not as elaborate but still yummy. I just ate the buckeye doughnut which was fantastic and I really want it again but I live in Columbus. I cannot wait to go back to this donut place next time I'm in Cincinnati to try more of their yummy sweets. This is a must try place

First time here but I'm very impressed. Friendly staff. Fresh donuts in about 2 million varieties. Good coffee. I'll stop here every time I'm in Cincinnati.

Great donuts and tons of options to choose from!I finally checked out this local donut joint I've heard so much about and it did not disappoint. There were SO MANY different donuts. It was excitingly overwhelming and I ended up getting way more donuts than planned/than needed haha My favorite was the regular chocolate frosted with sprinkles! The cake donuts were also very good (I tried chocolate and blueberry). I will definitely return for another chocolate sprinkles and to try some of the other fun flavors!

My two daughters were served here today and the service was terrible. They were waited on by Jessica with the pink and purple hair which explains the lack of professionalism. They were repeatedly told to hurry up, and speak up even though there was no one else in the store at the time. I went in to speak to the young lady, quite civilly, and to obtain a receipt which was not given to the girls. She rudely tried to brush me off so I let her know I would be reviewing her and that she should not be in customer service with that nasty attitude.
