Holtfield Station

All-night food in a gas station? Not exactly the recommendation I was expecting from a local friend but I rolled with it. Glad I did because this is exactly the kind of thing that hits the spot after midnight when deep fried mushrooms sound perfect. Stopping in, the process could be a little more clear for new folks but it's clear that this is the kind of place that caters to locals and regulars. Once you know, you know. With an order placed, the most awkward part of the process begins - you wait for your food and just have to hope that you know when it is ready, as far as I could tell. They take a name but I never heard one shouted out and I only guessed that mine was ready by having noticed who ordered after me and had their stuff and were on the way out. Order a sandwich and some deep-fried vegetables for that healthy balance and grab a drink for while you wait and wander around. There are some tables outside but it appears that most folks grab-and-go.

Great customer service, huge selection to choose from, the coffee shop is phenomenal, the staff is very helpful. Huge selection of local items including cheesecake, deli items, hot foods, pizzas, and seating area for customers to sit and eat and hangout by the coffee shop.

I love this quaint place. The delicious food is exceptionally good. I am hooked on the chicken salad sandwiches. The sweet tea is good. I enjoy the coffee shop. I would recommend a iced Cup of Faith. Coffee drinks are comparable to any coffee shops. The workers are excellent.

Grew up going here. Drive thru is slow but worth it. I always get the mango smoothies. Best smoothies other tropical smoothie Cafe. Prices are ok. Staff are usually really nice n helpful.

So I am only going to review for now the coffee shop side of the station! Although the place was very neat and clean and I've heard they have great pizza so I may have to come back and sample that!!! The coffee shop is on the right side of the gas station and it is not by far even close to a gas station coffee! This is a real high end coffee shop better than any starbucks I've been too! The seating was comfortable, area was clean, free wifi, and very friendly barista! As I always do I ask the barista for suggestion and she was excited to talk about their drinks which shows me that she likes what they sell as well as takes pride in making the drinks! After trying the drink I could see why she was so excited and happy to serve this coffee. This was one of the best lattes I've had.I would recommend this coffee shop to anyone! My only regret is that it is kinda far from me!

I expected better pizza. The sauce was flat and the crust chewy, like it was frozen, prepared crust. Service wasn't all that friendly either. I was expecting a home made pie and didn't realize they use Hunt Brothers. Very disappointing.

This jewel in Hillsboro is a mom and pop gas station that has ample parking, outdoor seating with television and some of the best eats in town. The subs are the best I've ever had and portions that make the chains look pathetic. There's plenty of snacks and beverages and the sweet tea is fantastic. The inside also has a coffee shop with a great selection for the caffeine junkies. It's clean, the people are friendly and I never miss a chance to stop here whenever I'm in town. This place is a jewel for the on the go person like I am.

The store appeared clean and staff was friendly. They have a variety of items for snacks or lunch. They have outdoor seating to enjoy he cooks days while enjoy your food.

I stopped at Holtfield Station and put gas in my Honda Accord. I paid at the pump with my credit card. The next day I checked my credit card statement and noticed I was checked $250. I was told this is their holding fee. Holtfield Station has no notices and/or signs stating that they have holding fees on their transactions at the pumps. My credit card company stated that it will take 5 to 7 days to post before it falls off my credit card balance. This is unacceptable and frankly nonsense. I wouldn't recommend going to Holtfield Station.

Always a pleasant experience. All of the staff is always kind, polite, and respectful. Always the same quality service whether inside or the drive through.
