Hershey Ice Cream Springfield

Best little ice cream shop in our area. Employees have always been helpful and polite. And the kids enjoy going!

I love the selection, staff is always kind, and the shop immaculate! Prices are affordable. Good and plentiful outdoor seating!

Yes yes yes. Hershey's Ice Cream is a small store located in Springfield next to a market. With an old-timey vibe and flavors that are nothing but delicious, Hersheys is my favorite ice cream shop, despite not even living in Springfield. They've got a variety of flavors ranging from fruity to rich, even including some frozen yogurt and light ice creams. Going here gives me a nostalgic feel of good times. Seating is available outside or there is a small bar stool area inside. Ice cream is also available for purchase by the tub. If you're wondering if it's worth it, you're thinking too hard.

Advertising 2 different closing times. Online says 9pm. We were walking up to the door at 850, we get to the door and out goes the light. We then realized that the closing time was 850 on the window. The last few times, the owner has not been friendly, seems to be annoyed to have customers in the shop giving business. I like to help out small businesses but when they customer service is not good it makes it really difficult.

Always consistently good. Ice cream is always creamy and fresh and service is always friendly and fast. Cute little shop on the corner, and inside does not have much seating. Eating outside is best when the weather is nice.

Very disappointed in the customer service today by the owner- the scoop came off the cone just a minute after getting it -- obviously it wasn't on all the way - then to ask for a new scoop and be charged .. Really? I will drive to South Vienna Hershey - it's worth it - same ice cream-half the price -- very friendly staff.
