Pretty awesome place - very affordable and very clean. Maybe because it's brand new but hey I'll take it. There is a party area you can rent out, the main play area and then like a big crawl through jungle gym thing . No smelly ball pits. They make you take your shoes off and if you forgot socks they are like $2. Check out the website for more info about rentals but you can go anytime and i'd say it's great for any kid 1.5 yrs - 7yrs then after not sure... but, to each their own.Anyway check the place out we loved it and will be back.

I had high hopes for my 3 boys when I spent $30 for 2 hours of play. Unfortunately, we left early for many reasons. The teenage girls sitting at the desk did little more than glance up from their tiktok videos and texts to check people in. One actually put her hoodie over her head and laid her head on the desk, trying to nap. When I reached out to the owner, she said the girl was just coming back from being sick!! Probably shouldn't be working if she can't keep her head up, especially when her job puts her in direct contact with children. The rules state shoes must not be worn on the rubber mats. Half of the parents didn't follow those rules, tracking water and mud all over where the kids were running around in socks. No worker told them to remove their shoes. Kids were taking the toys from the stations and putting them at the tables outside of the play area, leaving harldy any for the other children to play with. The owner said it is a fine line to walk, when parents don't watch their kids but expect the workers to babysit and then get mad when the workers correct their kids. But at the expense of other paying customers? Big kids running around, making it very difficult for the younger children to navigate. No running is also a posted rule. But the girls sitting at the front desk couldn't be bothered to do much of anything, even checking the cleanliness of the bathrooms. Very disappointing experience and we will not be returning.

We really love playing here, but staff are extremely rude. They act like you are bothering them when you ask a question. We were given a gift card so we will use that until it is gone. However, please consider training staff in very basic customer service.

Equipment is broken, not repaired or replaced. Limited activities. Big kids are allowed to run around, knocking over the little ones. Staff don't seem to care what happens in this facility. There are better choices for activity centers for children in the Greater Cincinnati region.

I booked a PRIVATE PARTY 10/15. Nice place, horrible management!!!! I cannot believe how rude and unprofessional the manager "Kim" was. I got multiple complaints from parents stating their kids felt uncomfortable because everything they did, she yelled at them. When I arrived for my party, I had to ask the manager to wipe off tables in our room. She immediately had an attitude over then. She never spoke to any of my guest the whole time of our two hour party. My party was over at 8pm, she came into our room at 7:50 screaming that all the kids were kicked out because they were running and playing too rough. Okay, she never once came to an adult so we could address the children. They are kids just having fun! I let her know , my daughter's party was over in 10 minutes, no worries we are on our way out. After cleaning my party room, I asked her where she wanted the trash bags to go. She said to leave them right in the room. I was standing by the front door saying goodbye to all of my guests, and she interrupted, yelling " MA'Am you need to come close out your bill" I told her give me a second. Once I got over to pay, she said she was charging me a extra $50 for clean up fee. I asked how? I had to ask you to clean after the party before me. You never vacuumed the play area, or disinfected the equipment. She responded and said "this is not a daycare " which idk what that was even supposed to mean. I asked for her hire up because she is extremely rude and I cannot calmly talk to her. She wrote the owners number down and slammed it on the counter. I called "Trish" the owner, no answer. I told Kim I'll pay the $50, which is ridiculous but I will talk to Trish , and WILL get my money back. I asked her to split the payment. $205 (what I owed) and the $50 clean up fee needed to be on another card. She said "No , I'm not doing that" I told her well idk what you want me to do, but it has to be split. Kim then picked up the phone, call 911 and said I was refusing to pay and trying to walk out!!! I immediately went off and asked her why would she lie?!?? I was asking you to split the payment!!! She said "she assumed I was going to run out"!!!!! I asked her why ?!? I showed no signs of that! She laughed and shrugged her shoulders!!!! Clearly a racial comment and assumption! I will NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!! Very very nasty and rude manager!!! I have gotten multiple guest complaints!!!

We were so excited to have a place like this on the West side, but unfortunately we left without playing or staying for the 2 hour time slot we payed for. Initial impression was that it was much smaller than anticipated and geared towards pretty small kids. Not as much to do as all the pictures made it seem. We had terrible interactions with staff members and a manager. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced and Happy Hangouts was the worst place I had ever taken either of my children. Would not recommend to any of my family members or friends.

This place is AWESOME for young kids. My 3-year-old could play for hours in the play gym, in the little shops and cars. There is a little area for babies too, as well as an area for parents to work/charge their phones while kids play. It's not a huge place, but when you're keeping an eye on more than one child it makes it a lot easier. It's a great way to get the wiggles out, especially when it's too cold for the park.

Small little hangout for small kids. Not really made for kids over 5. They should specify that on their site. We still had fun and the place is very clean! They were sanitizing everything as it was done being played with. Jungle gym, pretend rooms, lego and blocks room but that's it.
