It's your typical hood liquor store. Problem is, it's not in the hood so, confusing. It's literally a block from some very nice stuff. It's a basic run of the mill place. Decent prices. The parking lot is HORRIBLE. It sits in a horrible way that you almost cause a pile up just turning into the lot.

It's a liquor store. But the staff doesn't wear masks (they did have a plastic shield over the cash register but not the whole counter, so the employee walked from behind the shield and there was no protection), acts completely ambivalent to customers, and the place smells like either cigarette smoke or weed.

This place has been around forever and you can always count on them to have a great selection of beer. Now they are also a full blown liquor store which makes it even better.

Picked up a $35 1.75L bottle of Old Turkey, counter person rang it up for $40. Manager said sorry, I just marked it up & I have not removed the price tag yet. He then went to shelf and tore off the $35 price tag! REALLY?!

They are SO rude at this store, especially the one lady. She should not be in any job where she interacts with customers. She is beyond rude. I went on a Thursday to see what the truck brought in and they were the most unfriendly and ignorant workers I have ever encountered. Especially for people waiting on things that are not cheap and are buying them. If you dont want people to come in on days you get uncommon bourbons then do not tell people when they come in and then get mad when the people show up waiting. You should then put them out at different times throughout the week if it bothers you so much that people come to your store to buy those things! Maybe put something in place like numbers, having people wait in their cars until their number is called or something else. But letting people know when a truck comes then pissed when the people show up is beyond ridiculous. There are way better bourbons at way friendlier places with workers that are customer friendly and not pissed they have customers... especially during a pandemic where most places haven't re-opened or even survived. You would think a local place would be happy to be OPEN at all and have guaranteed customers. Not this place. Sad. Never again. I'll stick to places where they know how to interact with people and not rolling their eyes, rude, snappy if you ask a question and clearly hates her job... a job she knew entailed working with customers.
