Dave was very helpful and choosing what meat to serve for Christmas. He was spot on with how much to order, how to cook and even seasoned the meat perfectly for us.

Only made one visit here so far. Dropped in on my way home from Cincinnati. Great little butcher shop, get service, and friendly people. Already had the two ribeyes we bought (very nice) and getting ready to cook the butterflied pork chops. These are my "go to" selections to see how much I will like a shop. I am looking forward to my next visit.

Top quality Prime meat is difficult to find near Dayton, but I've finally found it. I happily drive the hour round trip to provide my family with the best. Thank you, Greg's!

This place is great! Wonderful selection of meat. A must try is their twice baked potatoes.

We just had the best porterhouse steak you could possibly buy. We live in centerville and the drive is worth it. We have never had any bad meat. Pork chops are also outstanding. Watch for his sales. DLM and Zinks don' compare in quality or price by farJust today, New Years eve, bought a 2 rib prime rib. Was outstanding, greg gives directions how to fix. Better than any restaurant. Greg's is my choice for fresh, quality, local meat. All types of beef cuts, chicken, and pork. They have rubs, noodles for your stews, bread and buns, and fixins for your sandwiches. In addition, they sell delicious Boars Head deli meats for the best price I've seen in the area.They're friendly and accommodating. The staff are knowledgeable of the products and have great advice on request.Greg's has weekly specials and you can get on their text list to be notified of deals.I'm a huge fan of Greg's Meats and highly recommend any meat lover pay them a visit.

Well... went in to the store as I get texts from these nice folks letting me know when they have specials on various cuts of meat. It's just nice that they are still able to open the doors and let customers come in and stock up or buy steaks for dinner. I dropped by and was greeted right away from the nice folks behind the counter. I announced that I wanted three of your nicest ribeyes, as they had a special of $2/discount off the normal price per pound. This was on Friday afternoon. I receive my wrapped and bundled steaks and went on with my day. On Sunday afternoon, several hours before I fire up the grill I unwrap the steaks and find out they are New York's strip steaks? I say uhggg to myself... as I really love ribeye and just kind of like New York strip. Not wanting to mess with it, I carry on with my process of salting, resting, drying, seasoning & acclimating to room temperature and grill the steaks. They were absolutely fantastic. Some of the best New York strips I've ever eaten and the family agreed. The lovely mrs was super happy as she likes the less fatty cut of NYS. I figured the next time I go in, I will give them some grief about packing up the wrong steaks but also include it all worked out. :)

I just discovered this place and I'm thrilled. It's hard to find a good selection of quality meat in the Dayton area. Greg's grinds their meat in the back, makes their own sausages, and even smokes some food on site.I asked where they get their beef? They were able to tell me the name of the farms, where the farms were, and that all of their beef is grass-fed and hormone free. That's a rarity in the area. I like knowing that I'm getting quality meat from trusted sources and I'm willing to pay a little more for that. So if you don't mind paying a premium (for premium meat) you should check out Greg's.

Hands down, the best beef and pork in Dayton. Greg and his family do an amazing job. Everyone is treated like a family member. The meat selections and the amazing side dishes, like the twice baked potatoes, are the best you can find. His home smoked ribs are also outstanding. I recommend this place to all of my carnivore friends and family. They also offer aged meats for those of us who like even more flavor in our steaks. They also have an excellent selection of rubs and sauces. Just a fantastic Gem in Springboro Ohio.
