Greenies Sports Bar & Grill

I have only ate here a few times in my life but I enjoyed it. It's a great place to stop in for a beer or two. That's all I like to drink at a time. There's pool tables and the staff is really nice.

My husband and I had heard about this place from a friend. We went on a Friday night (during covid time). It wasn't busy. We decided we wanted to try lots of different foods. We got the appetizer combo, traditional wings, burgers, fries, and onion rings. The food was really good! The wings were saucy. The onion rings were crispy. We liked everything we got. We also played several games of pool after we ate. We had a good time!!

Great staff & service. For Monday night football they have 55 cent traditional wings, 65 cent boneless wings, & $3.00 tall domestics. Happy hour Monday thru Friday is 12-7 half off select apps $1.00 off all drafts & 50 cents off all bottles.

We go here for drinks frequently. Owner and bartender always working hard and happy to see us. Have a good time each time!

Drove an hour to check this place out and wasn't disappointed! Everyone was kind and food was great.

On the plus side they have a skeeball machine. I arrived about 6pm to learn we could not sit at several tables because they would be playing (Last Call) trivia at 8pm. I find it hard to believe they would rather keep tables open than seat a paying customer, but that appears to be their business model and might explain why few were there. Because of the heat and availability of indoor tables, we refused the only option given to those they did not recognize as regular trivia players: sit outside. Finally, we said we'll play trivia in 2 hours if you let us have a table. Honestly, if not for meeting other people I would have walked out instead of playing let's make a deal. Our server was only attentive to those drinking from the bar while water and soft drinkers were on their own. The food was meh at best. The laminate menus were sticky and gross with food, making me realize places never wipe them down (maybe offer wipes like grocery stores do for carts?!)Getting our bills and paying turned into a 30-minute affair in which she still didn't provide correct change and brought the wrong credit cards to our table-yikes! I suppose it is best this is a neighborhood bar, because they do nothing to welcome outsiders and probably don't care to.

My first impression after walking into Greenie's was "wow that's a high ceiling!" You will definitely not feel claustrophobic in this place. Greenie's has indoor golf that is played using real clubs and a computer-simulated golf course. It must be popular because I see signs in the place for league sign-up. I might have to try this in the winter.The bar is in the middle of the place and rather large. To the left of the entry are booths and tables. This is where I've sat so that we can play Last Call Trivia. On my first visit I ordered a BBQ bacon burger. It was okay. On my second visit I went with an Italian sandwich. I liked this a lot better. Both the burger and sandwich come with fries. We also got some wings that were great.What I like a lot about Greenie's is that they have two giant projection screens showing HD sports. They've taken advantage of the space created by that high ceiling. Baseball and football look great on those screens. They also have plenty of HDTV's spread out across the restaurant.

This place is a dump, and it is a shame because it has so much potential. Food is average at best and they are always understaffed. If dark and dirty is your thing, go here.

Great food, Good Drinks, Personable staff. The best mom and pop sports bar in the area.

Sub par experience and have been there 2 times total. Not clean. Out dated. Over priced. The type of place Bar Rescue and John Taffer would film an episode at. No thanks.
