Love this place. Atmosphere lovely, food great. A hidden gem in West Chester. I'm happy I found it and recommend highly.

Worst szechuan pork. The pork was in large thin slices, but hard as shoe leather. The sauce was way too tomatoey...think: a mix between Chinese and Italian... hard to believe it is "Chinese food". Out of four visits two have been quite good, two terrible.I wonder if they have different cooks(?) This place has potential... but...

Awesome family service with great food. The shrimp is always cooked perfectly and the best hot and sour soup ever.

My go-to restaurant for Chinese cuisine. I love the Hunan Chicken, which is a great combination of fresh stir-fry vegetables, chicken and a savory brown garlic sauce. Family owned for years and always friendly and delicious.

Meh...there wasn't anything terribly wrong with this spot. It's edible food and fast service. Yet, the flavors were just a little off and the food portions were too small. Making it a spot I won't go again.We got General Taos chicken - it was fine. Chicken cubes were small and bland.Chicken Pad Thai - the vegetables they added had a strong flavor that negated the spicy peanut flavor of traditional Pad Thai- and I didn't like it.The shrimp fried rice just didn't cut it. Also bland and the shrimp really didn't taste good.I loved the egg rolls - but they were about half the size of egg rolls at other Chinese joints.

Excellent Chinese food and wonderful family proprietors. Everything on the menu is well prepared and plentiful.

Hidden gem! Clean, fresh, and delicious! The dipping sauce for the dumplings was pure perfection. Everything we was spot on. The food came out hot and flavorful. My favorite Chinese restaurant around the area. We will be back often.

It was ok. Every Chinese restaurant is going to be compared to China Cottage for me. That is the high bar. The egg drop soup wasn't great. The crab Rangoon was above average. The General Tao's was average. The sauce was very sweet. Service was great. Food came out quickly, but not suspiciously fast. Probably wouldn't come back, just because it was ok food.

They are always so pleasant and their food is really good! We love many of their food selections including shrimp chow mein, pad Thai, egg rolls, spring rolls and so much more!
