Gramma's Pizza

Gramma's does a great job with their pizza, although it can get a little soggy with too many toppings; the salads are great and you should take a dessert home with you. They are excellent (and I can never eat dessert after pizza although my partner can ;-)

i ordered two lunch meat hoagies which i have had many times in the past and usually very good. this time when i ordered the usual way with pizza sauce i was told they don,t put pizza sauce on them only lettuce tomato onion pickles. they told me no sauce. you can put pizza sauce on a flip plop.when i got them home they were saturated in mayo and no onion. that sandwich sucks with mayo and wheres my onions. anyway wont be going back to that location. ate half of mine and through the other half away and my wife is allergic to mayo so hers got tossed also.

I want to give Grammas pizza higher marks, but each time I've been there it's taken a long time, my order is incorrect, or the quality of food is awful. Last time I was there, I wasn't charged for half the order due to the time it took to make the food. The quality was so bad that I didn't feel like I should have paid for anything. I can not recommend Grammas Pizza, at least this location. Planning to try the one down the street soon though

The food is very inconsistent. Sometimes its way overcooked and burnt other times its barely done or not at all. I've waited as much as 90 minutes for something that was supposed to be ready in "30 minutes" I never order for delivery anymore if we do order from there because you'll definitely be waiting at least an hour for it. I would much rather drive an extra 10 minutes to the Bethel location.

Had an order delivered. The fish sandwich was a soggy blob with old wilted lettuce on very stale bun. It was the absolute worst sandwich I've ever had in my life. The fried mushrooms were undercooked grease balls. The only decent food I've had here is the pizza.

People complain for no reason....It's not "Fine Dining", but hits the spot. The hoagies are great, and the pizza sure beats Dominos or Papa John's.

Not sure where to begin. Had a steak hoagie and fries. Hoagie was okay. Fries were absolutely terrible. Petrified might be the word for them. Inedible. Friends had a pizza that was okay but greasy. Place was pretty dirty. There are lots of pizza places better than this place. Steer clear!

"No masks in the kitchen due to heat" - seemingly includes cashiers. All of which is rather concerning due to COVIDDoesn't honor digital coupons or word over phone. Was told when placed order that their coupon could be used digitally when picking up, but when arrived it was claimed it was store policy to only do paper coupons. No where it is stated on coupon. When discussed about what was said over phone. Didn't honor the coupon and gave poor customer service. So if want to save anything don't expect to be able to use digital coupons.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Order was messed up, and then they tried to make me pay not only another delivery charge, but also another charge for extra items that they say was not paid for, but yet obviously by the total of 2 items, they were most definitely paid for. This isn't the first time I have dealt with mistakes from Grammar's, but at least when the mistakes have been made, it's been owned up to, and taken care of in a manner that wasn't so unprofessional. This place has been going down hill for years, it's just a matter of time before the little hole in the strip is taken out for good. I highly recommend choosing a place that actually takes customer service to a whole different standard, instead of having an attitude because of a complaint about them cooking your order wrong. This used to be a very, very nice establishment, but again, it's being ran into the ground by goons.

The lasagna was inedible and the pizza not at all what we had hoped for. The lasagna was a pound of hamburger with very little sauce, cheese or ricotta.Garlic bread was a hoagy roll. The pizza was just a sloppy mess that didn't taste very good. I've been to the Anderson location and it's a completely different experience there- very good food. Also -Very slow delivery service.CONSISTENCY please between locations.
