Is it possible to LOVE the food but detest the one staff member that runs the register? ... Bring your patience with you when ordering in the store or online.... If you can manage that ... You'll enjoy your meal... The food is excellent .. Prices are decent ...

Never, never, never will i go here again!! I have been frustrated before by their lack of service but this morning is the final straw! First, when i came in, they were prepping for the day. They saw me, but ignored me for a few moments. When the guy finally came out, I ordered a bacon and egg sandwich. I was the only one there in line. I told the guy that while waiting, I would go get a Starbucks. Came back, and the guy had not even begun to make my sandwich. He kept prepping, even while I continued to wait. So he finally gets the sandwich done, over 20 minutes after I ordered it. I am providing a picture. Apparently he didn't clean the pan from the week before - all kinds of brown specks i. The egg. And the. Croissant was stale

Came here with a friend--wouldn't have found it on my own! The line was long for lunch, but moved quickly. Good selection of sandwiches, salad, soup, and flatbread pizzas. They have lots of options or you can create your own from among list of ingredients. You order, they make your food in front of you and then you pay at the end of the line. Everything is packed in to-go containers, but they also have plenty of tables for dining in. Everything looked fresh and high quality--salads looked especially good. I went for a buffalo chicken flatbread pizza this time. The flatbread wasn't quite thick or crisp enough to stand up to the toppings, which made it a little hard to eat, but all the toppings were really good. Next time, I'd probably ask for more buffalo sauce because that was a little light. I particularly liked the fresh, julienned carrots and cucumber they added after the bake--nice freshness and crunch. Prices are in line with other fast-casual places--most things were $8 (or $10 to make a combo with cookie and fountain drink). If I worked downtown daily, would definitely make this a regular lunch spot.

This is a great concept, but very poorly executed. I have eaten here several times and leave disappointed at least one half of the time. It appears they have only one person that can operate the grill. If he's not cooking, you never know what you will get. I love the variety and freshness but hate how inconsistent it is.

I hope this is always on their menu because if I had missed it I would be kicking myself. The big country burger has the added element of pulled pork... As soon as I read the description I knew I had to have it. Unfortunately once again another place decides to put an onion ring on the burger. Word to the wise if you put hot meat between two pieces of bread with barbecue sauce and coleslaw that thing that people like about onion rings is no longer true. The burger was very good but just like another place I visited I had to remove a soggy onion ring before I ate it.

This place does NOT miss the mark. Their breakfast burrito is incredible. Fluffy eggs, perfect sausage, cheese, in a crispy pressed tortilla. Perfect on the go breakfast to fill you up and power you through the day. This was my first time and I was not disappointed. Im gonna head back for lunch.

Great place for fast, good quality carry-out or dine-in. You order via iPad and then walk through the cafeteria-like set up to select what ingredients you want.Good selection for the salad toppings/ingredients. Everything was fresh and there was a large variety but they are split in two sections so it is difficult to choose since you can't see everything at once. Employees were pleasant. The ambiance is lacking, feels more like a fast food place, also wish there was a smaller salad/soup combo option.Nice, easy place to grab lunch quickly!

I am always on a lookout for trying out healthy lunch places around downtown, which aren't too far away from fountain square.I stumbled upon GTG while I was on my way to pick up a subway. It was their opening week and there were a lot of curious people, including some who were there entirely for the free food samplers! :PThe owner explained to me about all that restaurant has to offer, the ordering process, house speciality. I ended up getting a salad with unlimited ingredients that could fit into a box along with three kind of hummus.I am not a fan of pulled chicken so I stayed away from it for my subsequent visits. The ingredients were fresh. I would have liked wider variety of dressings though.Off late I have been visiting GTG for omelette!! I can't find a better place for having omelettes during lunch time. Its once a week routine now. And now I am heading out for the omelette again :)

Love, love, love this place! Started coming in soon after it opened and it has only gotten better. They started out with an odd little automated ordering system which sounded good in theory but precluded the use of cash and wasn't particularly intuitive. They have since gone to a much simpler system of paying after you have your food via regular cash register. It may be a bit "old school" for some, but if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Enough about that. What has always been good and just keeps getting better is the FOOD! It is fantastic - great variety, locally sourced when possible, very, very fresh and exceedingly well prepared. My favorites are the bahn mi (you can get a sandwich or do it up as a pizza) and the breakfasts. But, to be honest, I've not yet had anything there that was not exceptional in taste and it's HEALTHY!!!. No slimy subway or overdone mystery meat from skyline. UGH. Go, check it out and then let everyone know how good it really is. This place needs to stay downtown. It is soooooooooooooooooooo good!

This is my favorite lunch spot downtown. For $8 (or $10 if you want a fountain drink and a cookie) you can get a sandwich, salad or pizza with whatever you want on it. Food is always really fresh and tasty. Also has ample vegetarian options.
