Easily some of the best gelato I've had -- fresh ingredients, rotating flavors, and perfect texture. The store may look humble on the outside, but this place is the real deal. Simple setup when you walk in with the fridge straight ahead.We were greeted warmly by the staff and they gave explanations for many of the flavors that were available. They genuinely seemed excited to share what they had to offer with us.We ordered the Fiore di latte, dark chocolate, berry cheesecake. Every flavor was a banger. Deep, rich, and creamy with strong flavor. You honestly probably couldn't go wrong with any of their flavors.Will definitely be back when we are craving gelato! Looking forward to the summer already.

Super cute spot with a gorgeous interior. They have very unique gelato flavors. I took my daughter here for a mommy daughter date and we had nectarine sorbet, goat cheese gelato and a tropical gelato. All great! Everyone was very nice too.

Fantastic spot for some handmade on site gelato! The service was friendly and samples were allowed - max 2. The shop could probably add some nicer in store seating options or furniture. It feels a bit empty. That's a small observation. The gelato is insanely good with a good selection on offer. They have three 'permanent' flavors on hand while the rest rotate.

Found this hidden gem in the heart of Covington that offers a variety of gelato flavors. This was such a cute place! Staff were friendly and helpful as they shared that their gelato flavors are updated weekly except for a few flavors that remain the same. Follow their page for new flavors! Right next to the main ordering/lobby area is a huge seating area with self serve water station and games. This is such a cute and cozy lounge place for date nights and family time! Can't wait to come back try new flavors!

Best. Gelato. Ever. This is my go-to for any time I want some kind of frozen dessert. Their options always rotate and they include seasonal options. The one flavor they have every day is biscoff, which is great because it's my favorite. I've enjoyed the pistachio and stratachella flavors. They also include vegan options daily. Service is always excellent. It's a tiny place, but they have seating in the room next to theirs, as well as a couple of tables outside. Highly recommend.

We stumbled upon this gem!!! Hubby and I love our gelato and when in Italy we have gelato once or even twice daily. We've missed it so much until now. We had a affogato and a waffle cone with their white coffee flavor. It was so good!!! Not overly sweet and very creamy. Their goat cheese flavor and pistachio was to die for. The waffle cones were crispy and tasted a bit of cinnamon. Loved their space too. They have a whole room next door with comfy chairs and tables and games. Such a great place to bring friends and hang out. The guy behind the counter was so friendly and really sold the flavors. Loved this place!

Facciamo una passegiata nel Cov! Walk south on Madison and turn west on Pike. Golden Gelato. Two scoops -- stracciatella and pistachio -- boom! Transport to Bella Italia without the scary, improbable, but mysteriously operable physics of Italian vehicular traffic. This is good stuff. Buonissimo, as they say. Choose traditional Italian flavors (see above) or local ones like Bourbon Old Fashioned or Pumpkin Spice. (See photo.)The friendly gelataio invited our dogs inside and offered them an Italian version of a pup cup --Fior di Latte -- milk gelato. Lucky dogs. (Golden Gelato also makes dog treats, the proceeds of which are donated to a local rescue.) We sat outside (one bench and one cafe table available), watching the Covington traffic -- on foot, wheels, and rails -- go by. Un gustino della dolce vita!!
