This is by far our favorite Chinese Buffett. All the items on the Buffett are always hot and fresh. The Hibachi Grill has so many items to choose from and always tastes great. Desert bar has a lot of choices as well. The simple sugar cookies are my favorite. Service is always really good and keeps our drinks refilled and dirty plates taken away.

this restaurant is my husband's favorite in Hamilton, Ohio. His favorite dish is the chicken and garlic sauce, combination dish we have tried other restaurants in the area for Chinese and our second favorite would be the China House, which is not even on the list and should be - as we go there quite frequently too. My husband is the expert on Chinese food. He says they also have great service with their grade food. His eyes light up when I say let's do Chinese tonight so kudos to Golden and China House.!!.

Im not going to lie, dinner for 3 people and 2 drinks the price was good but why pay $50 if the food was really bad. I literally tried every single thing, food was stale like if it was old from the cookies to the egg rolls. I do not recommend this place whatsoever I don't consider myself a picky person but this place wasn't it.

This is the best Chinese Buffet in the area. It's also the only Chinese Buffet in the area. But they do a good job, all things considered:The service is attentive, which for a buffet, just means they don't leave you with a big stack of dirty plates and empty glasses.The atmosphere is great - lots of wood and eastern interior design, which makes it an experience and really separates the feel from the rest of Hamilton.The food is good! There's a lot of stuff that's kind of 'meh', but it's a buffet, so there's also lots of good stuff. Importantly, they have a hibachi-style area, lots of traditional american-style candied meat dishes, and a good desert area with the classics like Jell-O, pudding, and fruits.The price is reasonable for a buffet. It's all you can eat, so... go hungry!

It doesn't help that I really didn't want it, but the wife did so we went. They had the salad again, but I gotta say, this is one of the worst, if not the worst salad bar I've ever been to. To be fair not many places get it right, but wow. Basically you get lettuce and a selection of dressings. There are more dressings than toppings for the salad. I guess they have tomatoes, but I didn't look because I don't do tomatoes. They have diced hard boiled egg and cheese and that's about it. And that's basically all I had since I didn't want to go in the first place. I did get a plate with a couple little miscellaneous things, the main one being seasoned potatoes. They were cold. I'm not sure if the wife saw my disappointment and lack of plates, but she decided she doesn't want to go back for a while, which made me happy.Oh, when our "meal" was over we were given the customary fortune cookies. Well, we were given *A* fortune cookie because the second sealed pack had nothing in it. We were given packaged air. I thought that was fun. What impressed me more about it was the fact that the woman who gave us our check and the cookies didn't notice.

I rate the food 3*" " " appearance 3*" " " cleanliness 2*" " " restrooms 1*" " " friendliness 3*The glass mirrors and partitions are filthy. The restrooms are filthy. The waiter uses a bucket to dip their cleaning towel to wipe tables over and over again. The food is not a cooks standard.
