Genki Ramen & Teppanyaki

The atmosphere was nice. food was good. I got the spicy ramen with extra eggs, most of the flavor was tasty, just wasn't a fan of the chicken. Same vibe from my gf. Not too crazy on the bbq chicken. The service was great and she was very attentive. The Mochi ice cream was unique and fun to try, I liked the vanilla one the best, Overall I look forward to coming back and trying something new!

The food was really good! I like the broth a lot and the stuff with the ramen. Definitely recommend!

All I have to say is their Chicken Curry Katsura is on point! You get great portions, heavenly flavor, a sauce that knows how to please. I went to see if their other items were as good and the Spicy Tonkotsu hits the belly like a warm mother's hug!

Had the Genki at Mason and I kinda liked it so I decided to try the Genki here. Ordered my usual spicy miso chicken ramen. And decided to try their chicken wing.Was pretty disappointed in the Genki here... the chicken wing appetizer.. it say 5 piece of chicken wings. But all I got was 2 flats 1 drumlet and 2 small chicken bite with 1 awkward bone stuck in it.. not really sure what kind of chicken wing that belongs too.. ):My spicy miso ramen was disappointing too. It isn't as spicy and flavorful as the one from Mason. Not really sure if they are from the same owner, but consistency seems to be lacking.. the only plus side to the ramen is the chicken in it. It's still as juicy and tender as I remembered it.

I've had ramen at multiple places in the area & Dayton plus Cincinnati. Genki Ramen in West Chester honestly can't be beat. The service was amazing, the waitress was quick & attentive. She even shared her favorite suggestions from the menu without us asking which I liked. The ambiance & vibe of the place is so chill & relaxing which is perfect for just what they serve. I would recommend this place to anyone new or old to ramen and anyone whose looking for authentic ramen too. Best in the Cincinnati & Dayton area plus the most reasonable priced.

Really wanted ramen and picked here. Great place to go, very calming interior and comfy. Service was very quick and attentive. The waitress shared her favorite and I got that one!

I have driven by here a bunch of times, and I can say I watched it being built out. Then I kept meaning to stop in. Well I finally did and I have to say, I am so glad I finally stopped. The service was excellent and and the food came out in no time. I ordered the pork bun, more like a pork bun taco. But was amazing and so yummy. I ordered the second item on the Ramen menu left side. BBQ pork with egg and all the yummy veggies. This was a perfect evening meal. I get acid reflux so I have to watch spicy and certain food. This cause me no issues and I would be so happy to come back anytime for another option. Super yummy.

People are very nice, good is amazing. 2nd time here and we love it. Ordered the spicy Miso Taitan this time. The flavor was perfect

I love the selection of the different food here. Top that with the beautiful interior and great service. The prices are also very reasonable. I was excited to see paitan Ramen in the menu. The first paitan I had was in New York and it was great to find it here in Cicinnati also.

This was hyped up from word of mouth. I don't eat a lot of "local" ramen, but can reference Ichiran in the NYC area. This was my 9 year old sons' first time eating ramen out side of a package. I will say the food is prompt. That was the best thing I could say. During the ordering process I asked for my noodles firm. The server couldn't understand my request. I thought it'd be demeaning to take the translator app out so I said never mind. My son ordered, as did I. The picture menus help, and the food I received visually matched the food pictured. Then I took a sip. 0 flavor. A spicy miso should have an instant umami punch. This was lacking to the severity that my son and myself ate 1/4 of the bowl and left. His first time eating "traditional ramen" and said, Dad...this doesn't taste good. $60 later and we ate some where else after. Never again.
