I have to say I was very surprised with the quality of the deli and service here. I can't wait to come back for a coffee. I came in with my BFF and we both ordered a sandwich and drink. I also got some amazing bread pudding. When you walk in it looks like any other farmers market (modern market that is). But in the back they have a deli to order sandwiches and drinks including coffee. I also did a wee shopping after eating and got some of the best chocolate milk I have ever had. I means seriously it is so good. The place is very clean and they even have a small bar open on the weekends. Lots of local wines and some yummy looking Togo food items. They also have a bunch of cute trinkets and decorative items.

There is nothing negative about Garver Family Farm Market. Everything that we have had here has been excellent and the service is second to none. It is a warm and friendly atmosphere that I truly enjoy. Although we are into the winter months now, back in the summer the vegetables were always fresh and delicious. The events have been great as well. Don't miss out on this place because you will be pleased!

This is the first time we've visited. It's Sunday morning and we had their breakfast. My husband had biscuits and gravy and I had the Bacon, Egg and Cheese Croissant. The food was delicious and hot. I also enjoyed a very good Sugar Free Vanilla Latte and sampled a mimosa. There are lots of Amish made and locally made pickles, jams, jellies and mixes to look at as well as fresh dairy and produce for sale. There are bottles of wine for sale from a local winery and also a deli counter that offers Boar's Head products and lots of salads. I bought two types of chicken salad, broccoli salad and a pasta salad to try. There is a bar too! But being 10 am in a Sunday, we didn't check it out other than the mimosa sample. Additionally, you can find a pretty large selection of gift items and home decor. The market has a loyalty program that is easy to sign up for. You enter your phone number at checkout and it will track your points. Points can be used for additional discounts. I will definitely be making the trip back... next time for lunch.

A diamond in a pumpkin patch!I've been going to Garver Family Farm Market for years. Like many local Farm Markets, they thrive in the fall because of their huge pumpkin patch and other local goods that they sell. It's always been a smaller, but satisfying, operation. Until now!Over the past several months, I've been watching their progress as they've opened their new store/cafe. On May 04, 2024 they had their grand opening of the news store and I got there bright and early. It's a fantastic addition to what was already a cool farm to visit but now Garver Family Farm Market is going to be a great year-round place to visit.First off, the store is huge. It boasts a large internal space consisting of a coffee bar, limited food items, bakery (both breads and sweets), drinks, dairy, Boars Head meats and cheese's deli, a wine bar, ample seating areas and much more.I headed right for the coffee bar where they proudly serve Yield Coffee Roasters out of Cincinnati, OH. They have a nice yet modest selection of Coffee, Lattes and other specialty drinks, both hot or iced. I went with a medium iced Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso which was fantastic. So much that I finished it in only a few minutes and wound up buying a large to go.At the same counter you'll find the bakery cases. These full of various breads from Wheatville Bread Co. (Eaton, OH) along with muffins, hand pies, cakes, mini pies, cinnamon rolls, cookies, fudge and more. Not wanting to be rude, I took home a piece of the carrot cake for later.Breakfast is served from 7am - 10:30am. I would consider this a lite breakfast, so don't look at this as a sit-down breakfast restaurant. Again, more of a cafe. They offered three items when I was there which were the Like Mamaw Makes Breakfast Biscuit, Seize the Day Croissant and the Wrap & Go wrap. All sounded good but I went with the croissant to sit down and enjoy with my iced espresso. Down the counter you'll find a deli cast of sliced to order Boars Head meats and cheeses. In a case to the right you'll find fresh packaged beef products from Turner Beef. Ground beef, steaks, burgers, etc. If coffee isn't your thing, they also have a full self-serve fountain beverage station. After my light meal, I walked around to check out the rest of of the store. I browsed their large selection of fresh produce, their packaged goods, jams/jellies, sauces, baking mixes and drinks as well. Their dairy cooler features The Cone (West Chester, OH) ice cream and Amish Country (Shipshewana, IN) milk and flavored milk.Whether it's chips, candies, jerky, cheeses, hummus, bacon, spreads or other edible goodness, there's something for everyone here.In addition to the new store, they have a garden area with a small garden house that offered dozens of beautiful potted plants along with flowers for your garden.Overall, this is a great space. I am not certain of all of their hosting options but with the wine bar, plentiful seating inside and and outdoor seating area in back, they may be able to cater to small events.Would I go back? The Garver Family is giving me dozens of reasons to go back year round. No longer a fall favorite, they've really put the time and attention into building something from their family for your family. I've posted a lot of new photos of the new store and tried to capture as much as possible, in detail. Check them out to see what they have in store for you!And........ my second iced espresso was as perfect as the first and the carrot cake was fantastic!

Ate here for lunch on a Monday. The daily plate special was meat loaf with mashed potatoes annd gravy and green beans. Everything tasted wonderful. A small salad was also good and one of the best I've had in months. Table availability can be limited at peak times. Nice place to shop for farm fresh produce--I got some of the sweetest corn on the cob I've ever had and some snickerdoodle cookies that again were some of the best I've ever had.

I stopped at the new Garber farm market in Monroe this afternoon and really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. The employees were outstanding very helpful. It is not completely open yet but I had the special smoked brisket, macaroni and cheese, baked beans and a drink. The brisket was as good of brisket as I've ever had, the macaroni and cheese was a little dry, and the baked beans were a little bland until I put their barbecue sauce in them. A friend of mine had a sandwich which he said was outstanding. Don't know what it was but look good. The strawberry muffin from the bakery, was to die for the baker is a well-known baker in this area and does an excellent job. I am looking forward to many more meals that.

Everything we have gotten there for lunch has always tasted great. Portions are reasonable and served in a reasonable time. Prices are a little more than average. While ordering and pick-up was at counter, nice to eat lunch special with china plate and silverware at indoor or outdoor tables.

Amazing "Bear" Latte for the Monroe Band fundraiser. Secondary purchase was a family farm fresh salsa, husband loves. Friendly service from Kathy on our checkout made the trip with my son memorable. We will be back.
