Rude customer service that would charge extra to deliver the garnish to go to my grandma "outside the delivery zone" even though she lives 3 miles away from Garnish - in Kenwood, and standard delivery charge extends much further than that - change your delivery zones to include Kenwood and I will update review appropriately

We had a last minute event pop up and we needed box lunches for 130 ppl. Garnish Catering made it happen! Delivered and set up on the day of event. We received so many great comments about how great the food was. We also got a lot of compliments about the water bottles being chilled. Especially in these hot 95 degree summer days... People loved that. So Thank you for your help in making our event a SUCCESS!

Wow, just wow! We had Garnish catering cater a house party and it went so smoothly. They arrived early for set-up, stayed late for clean-up and took care of all of our food and drink needs. We were able to visit with guests and enjoy our event. The food was delicious and plentiful. Kudos to Chris and staff for providing an outstanding menu and great service! Absolutely the best!!!

I am beyond impressed and thrilled to have picked Garnish as my catering-vendor for my wedding, 8/4/18. My wedding held 200+ guests and was located at my parent's house, making it a complicated venue for vendors. Garnish made the process feel simple and gave me a fantastic result. There are three overarching categories that help explain the gratitude and relief I feel after moving forward with garish.1) Custom planning and event coordination: I was an out of town bride with a full-time job; trying to plan a wedding from Texas. Garnish was easy to communicate with across multiple channels including email, phone, (even text at some points when I was in a pinch). I had one point of contact, Reem the General Manager, who then introduced me to individual members of her team who she assigned to my event. The management and organization of the event on Garnish's part kept our progression moving forward even when I myself am not an organized person. I felt somewhat overwhelmed trying to plan a dinner for 200+ people. The Garnish team guided me through every step of the process, asking the right questions and offering their suggestion; utilizing their personal experience in the industry. The one-on-one interactions made it simple to pick up where we left off and I knew that the details would not be lost in communication.2) Unique dishes and presentation ideas: The options were ENDLESS. I even had the ability to 'brainstorm' with the owner and top chefs outlining what I envisioned for my wedding and how they could not only accommodate but make it better than my original thinking. Personally, I had a high-end, elegant food-station dinner so that I was not limited to only a few plate selections. I also included appetizers during my cocktail hour and a late-night food option which were all unique and delicious. 3) Staffing: Their staff was overly prepared; so much so, my party planner had little to no contact with them the entire day/evening. Utilizing the information we discussed in our previous meetings, the general manager Reem, made sure to write out a detailed timeline and list of responsibilities for her entire team. I did not have to repeat myself and usually she remembered details that I had completely forgotten. Garnish staffed both the cocktail hour, dinner and bars all evening. They were professional, kind and most importantly I DID NOT LIFT A FINGER! The service was superb. Above all, the food is exceptional, guests were thrilled and have asked for their information and the experience is something I am truly grateful for.

Sometimes I don't feel like cooking, and I don't want to eat out either. So what to do? Take out! I tried Garnish Catering's Dinners To Go recently and I'm pretty pleased with the result. Each night Tues-Fri, there are 2 dinner options to choose from, each served with a vegetable and a starch. The prices vary depending on the dish, but they range from $9-$12 per person. The night that I got take out the dish was Chicken Fajitas priced at $11 per person. There was a ton of food! I would say that 1 serving would actually feed 2 people. We had lots of left overs. The salad was awesome. Fresh field greens with jicama, red onion, avocado and a tasty pomegranate vinaigrette. The starch was a black bean and rice dish that was chock full of vegetables (corn, carrots, green pepper) and the fajitas came with tortillas, salsa, sour cream, guacamole (a chunky, flavorful housemade guac). Overall, a very healthy and fresh-tasting meal. The only issues I had were that the chicken was almost completely raw, so I had to get a pan out and finish cooking it (so much for no dishes!). They did warn about this in the 'reheating instructions' but it was very, very raw. And I just felt wasteful with all the little plastic containers for guacamole, salad dressing, sour cream, salsa, tortillas, etc. Maybe this isn't too common since fajitas is a accoutrement-intensive main dish.I actually had called ahead to place my order in the afternoon. When I asked about availability, they said that most nights they sell out, so always be sure to call ahead. I found out that if I subscribe to their email distribution list, they'll send each week's menus out for planning purposes.

FANTASTIC. I used Garnish to cater my parent's 40th surprise anniversary party this month. We had around 110. Not only were they responsive but extremely collaborative. This was a special case as I was organizing mostly from Seattle, where I live. Kelcey and her team helped me craft the perfect menu and even organized a tasting so my local cohorts could preview. What they can do is just amazing. They're flexible and can work with any budget. The staff was friendly and professional simply outstanding. Not to mention the food was delicious! Like seriously amazing! People are STILL talking about it. Ask them to make you BBQ bacon wrapped shrimp!

We hired Garnish to cater our 160 guest wedding in September (2019). The entire process from start to finish was nothing short of perfect. Chris, Reem and their team curated a unique, delicious and affordable menu. They definitely sold my husband and I with their customer service and openness to happily work within our budget and constraints of our non-traditional wedding venue. Our venue lacked ovens, so Chris went the extra step to sous-vide all the meat on site, the day of. I don't know any any other catering companies in the area that would be that accommodating (and have that much attention to detail) to deliver 160 meals to perfection. We also had Garnish make our wedding cake, and it was by far superior to all the bakeries we tried in the area. We would 100% recommend them to any one we know getting married (or having a catered event) in the Cincinnati area. Also, Chris makes a bomb kids menu that I would happily eat any day.

I initially reached out to Garnish Catering on August 19, 2019 for a proposal for our summer 2020 wedding. At first I received prompt replies from Reem and was scheduled a phone call to discuss our wedding day needs in more detail. This was scheduled for August 27th at 2:00 PM. I received the call and answered all the questions that were asked - how many people, what type of serving ware we wanted, etc. I was told I would have a proposal emailed to me by the end of the week. I never received it. I followed up on September 6, 2019 to see about getting the proposal - in response I received an email saying that they had been extremely busy and would get back to me with the proposal the next week. I still never received it. I gave them an additional 2 weeks and still never received a response ! I reached out on September 27, 2019 (over a month after initial contact!) and was told that he planned to "call in the next few days" also, that "unfortunately, after speaking with our owner we are not taking order for [the date we requested]" Incredibly disappointed and unhappy with the customer service. The venue we chose has caterers listed that we have to pick from and they are one of them - all of the others have had great response times and customer service. Very annoyed by this situation

Last night Garnish catered a party for me. About twenty people told me how good the food was and asked who made it. It's the third time I've used Garnish. One time I had a chef and server to help out and the other two times I had the appetizers delivered and they provided instructions on how to heat and serve. All three times it worked great. They always arrived on time. I worked with Reem, who was easy to work with and flexible to help me decide on a menu that worked for each event. My favorite apps are short rib stuffed potatoes, Asian chicken in phyllo cups and stuffed mushrooms. My guests told me their buckeyes were the best they ever had. I can't say because they were all gone quickly.
