I've eaten at Michelin star restaurants and had sushi at various restaurants in Japan, so when I say this was a pleasant surprise for such a small town, that's a serious dig! Miso soup was perfect and had the tongue feel you'd expect. Even dessert was delicious whether the fried banana or the cheesecake! Just look at the nigiri and other items here! They speak for themselves! Excellent!

Best sushi I have ever had. Fresh fresh fresh!! We got sushi boat and it did not disappoint. Service was awesome with a smile and a nice perk of banana sushi at end. Cozy place. Would not have guessed from outside would be this gooooood!

Love the breading on the onion rings. I don't understand why it's not busy as it should be . The food is good , service is good . It's a bit pricey, and sushi is not for me , but it's a quant restaurant , I would like to revisit it , and try to expand my taste buds .

Horrible service took over an hour to get our meal and I understand if they were short staffed but when other people come in after us and were done and left before we even got our food is just unacceptable we will not be back.

I was in town for work, and I had take out from here every night. I called the restaurant directly and the woman who took my order and cashed me out was generous and kind. The food was incredible and I was very happy with the quality and flavor. Next time I am in town, this will be my go-to spot.

Long wait but worth it - If you want good sushi you need to call 15-20 minutes in advance for pickup. If you're in the restaurant they'll give it to you in 10-15 minutes. Philly Roll does not miss and they have healthy options for these looking for diet friendly food. It is a bit expensive but you get what you pay for in Sidney.

We always look forward to eating at Fuji. Their hibachi steak and shrimp is amazing and they have a wonderful sushi selection.

Gf and I went here for a dinner. Food was a 10/10. Server very friendly and attentive, had us try their version of a crab ragoon which was amazing. We got two different styles of sushi as well, and both got shrimp and scallop stir fry. Server even at the end gave us a friend banana for free. Highly recommend!

By far, our favorite restaurant in the area! Great people, fresh sushi, terrific presentation. Love their onion soup and ginger dressing. Not fancy, but clean, and always a treat to visit, and fills a huge void in the Sidney restaurant scene.
