The food is pretty good considering it's a buffet. Lots of selections. The staff is quick to pick up plates and courteous. The downside is the you are playing a 50/50 raffle with the food. The main area has placards over the food but it might not be what you think you're getting. For example, the placard said it was chicken nuggets but I got some kind of breaded squid or octopus. It was good but still.... I have a crustacean shellfish allergy. Fortunately I can eat mollusk, clams, oysters, scallops, squid, and octopus. So that was a bit scary of what might have been. I love sushi but there are 0 placards to what they have. I generally ask the chef what's safe and he points a bunch out. Tonight he was in the back working so I went with safe items like salmon and tuna nigiri. The sushi is really good here. It's what I come for. It'd be great if they started noting what had shellfish.

We like the open and clean ambience of this buffet.Servers/busboys are Not well trained. My son had recently returned from a Japanese Restaurant in New York, and we visited for Japanese selections, which were fine.Limited buffet items; however, large Asian dining population was encouraging.Sushi and sashimi are freshly prepared on-site with limited choices. Too few soups. Fresh oysters have NO taste. Some food borders on bland.

Good food, good service, clean and open space with lots of room. I liked eating here because usually Chinese buffets are small and crowded. I thought they ought to offer regular white rice instead of rice mixed with vegetables. They really need to have soy sauce on their tables; instead they had it only on the serving line. I spotted one employee picking his nose behind the serving line. I was hoping to give this place 4 or 5 stars, but I just couldn't.

We were super excited when we found out there was a new sushi buffet. We really like sushi, so this was really up our alley. They did a great job renovating the building, it's clean, bright, fresh. My review is primarily for the sushi, I ate probably three full plates of sushi. The rolls were tasty and well made. The rice was just right, and not dried out at all like it can be at other buffets. My only complaint about the rolls was the amount of sauce. I prefer mine to be more plain. They had only two options for nigiri. The salmon was buttery and soft, absolutely delicious. The tuna was not great though, it was a little dry and had that watery bland taste that tuna has on occasion. To be fair though, the last few times I've had tuna nigiri at other locations it has been the same. Their crab Rangoon is very good. The spring roll was also tasty. The foods I had from the hot bar were squid, potstickers, crawfish, and hot and sour soup. The squid was good, the potsticker was a little dry. The crawfish was yummy. The hot and sour soup was good! It had the right kind of fungi. It was sour and spicy. Usually around here it has very little spice. Overall, I think it is the best for Chinese buffet in the area from the foods I tasted. As far as being a sushi buffet, yes everything was well prepared, but the selection was less than I would like for the nigiri. I'll stick to the other buffet when I want just sushi. I would

Clean and nice ambiance and a good selection of food at lunchtime. No crab legs available for lunch, only dinner. Food was pretty good, not great. My only complaint is about the cashier giving me the side eye for no tip. Why would I tip her for cashing me out when I haven't even eaten yet. You pay when you arrive. She didn't even process my credit card; I did. She literally pushed 2 buttons. Bus boy was great. Left him a nice tip....

Tried this place for lunch. Sushi options were fresh and delicious. I don't do fish so I stick with shrimp or Krab with a k. Lol the rest of the buffet options were good. Typical Chinese type foods. Crab Rangoon, gyoza, fried rice, some soups. Everything I tried was good except the stuffed shrimp. It was old, and not tasty at all. Several options for desserts. They did have a grill and you could go down the line and pick your options and they'd grill it up for you. I was too full to try it, but others in our group said it was delicious. My husband grew up in Japan and he was pretty happy with the sushi. And he is super picky with sushi. No, octopus or squid options, though.

Had a pretty nice lunch here a couple weeks ago with my dad and one of his buddiesDiscounted lunchtime. The food was about average what I expected. Did not give me a seniors discount although I'm 62 years old, I thought that was kind of cheap of them

The people were friendly and the service was really good. The location is updated though some spots on the carpet were dirty. The bathrooms were modern and clean. This used to be a Golden Corral and they used the building very well. The buffet is like one continuous line. The food can be filled from behind the table so you don't have workers in the way while your filling your plate. They have 4 soups. The grill looked good though we did not partake. They have a good selection of sushi. It was tasty. They will let you ask the sushi chef to make a custom roll. The desserts were limited but good. They have ice cream bars and ice cream sandwiches as well as real ice cream in small individual cups. Lots of food choices to be had including salad and fruit. They have a diversity of hot dishes that overall were fresh though there were some exceptions as is typical for buffets. Some flavors were not my thing but overall most items were very good.I hear at night they do crab legs!4 stars. This is definitely one of the best Asian buffets in Dayton/ Cincinnati.
